Her mother and father and other relatives died because when she was 11, their house was on fire, all of her relatives was asleep, she and her brothers and sister are the ones who were awake, they tried to call the fire brigade but the phone was on fire too and it was melting. They tried to go to their parents' room but the door was on fire too so, they find a way to get outside and call for help but when they were outside, they were no people that can help them.
