Lernorthien had advised us to protect ourselves at all times, to always watch our backs, and to always stick together.

He made us swore to the bond that we would never let ourselves be taken by the Hayler’s. The bond was signified by a triangular form on the face of our arms. It was connected to each part of our Rage’s. Rages were the sources of our power. Some gained more, some gained less. But for my case, I gained more. The connection’s we’re like constellations, all connected by silver linings. It was only visible to our kinds. To human kind, it would be like an indefinite scar.

I still kept that promise until now. After we we’re transported to Earth, we divided ourselves into pairs and went our own ways. But before we parted, Lernorthien gave us a pod, a tracking device, in which we need to use if the Hayler’s, would arrive on Earth.

Lernorthien told us to change our names, looks and voice in order to fit in with this world. Lernorthien changed to Nicholas Caret. I don’t know what he looks like now, and Ronan keeps on telling me that one day I would find out. The others probably changed their names after settling down in different towns. With the money Lernorthien gave us, we shifted to our new lives and remained quiet until now.

Vimentrous Claude was Ronan’s Ertly name. He was a Nixian like me, but he was in the level of Trude. Trude Ranger’s we’re each of our armament. They we’re trained for years to protect my level, the ‘Gurdlers’. They thought us basic training up to the A levels. –A was the highest of them all. No one has reached it yet, that was what Nicholas told us before, I’m already in my C Levels, and it would only be a matter of time before I reach my negative A’s.

My Ertly name was Sareliena Himogos.  I was daughter of Gomidous and Heraline Himogos, the descendants of the first Nixians. I was treated like a princess because of my ancestry but that didn’t matter for the Haylers since they killed my parents without any doubt.

As of now, I would have probably learned how to live in this kind of environment. But, I never did. I guess, I wasn’t really ready to live a normal life… I would never really know.

The 3 tiny bungalow lights that hung from the ceiling illuminated the room despite the sun that glowed from outside. Dozens of people hung around here even though they knew well what they we're here for.

Music blared through the speakers like gunfire and everyone seemed to enjoy it. I could hear the feel of everyone’s intentions throughout the crowd. My rage’s fired up by the sound of everyone’s mind screaming at the same time. All of them said one thing and I would have never understood why.

I stood in the crowd trying my best to blend in, yet I still felt different. I squeezed through the crowd to find Ronan but I can't seem to find the red-headed boy anywhere. I saw a glimpse of his necklace right across the room and I raced towards him. Some men tried to pull me but I stood firm.

"Ronan!" I called as I neared him. He was walking towards the bench just outside the club and he turned around to face me.

"We need to leave." He informed me taking out his phone and typing in something.

"What? Why?" I asked frantically my hands shaking.

“They’ve found us.” And I knew then that our lives would never be the same.
