Showing Off

Waking up, I realize Leo is not resigning next to me like always. I walked into the bathroom and stood at the mirror, thinking to myself.

I have really bad breath. I then brushed my teeth, and put my hair into a messy bun with a red bow that has the color of a rose in the midnight moon, around it as an attempt to make myself look somewhat decent. Staring into the mirror, I lurk over to my neck where there is two bite marks that have the shape of a crescent moon.

I gasp and head down stairs. Okay, maybe this is normal. Finalizing the steps, I stroll into the kitchen where I find Leo with his head down. What is wrong with him? Hoping its not the fact that Leo, well his wolf, marked me, I stroll over to him peacefully and lovingly put my arms around his shoulder.

    "I don't deserve you Rose. What have I done to have such a perfect mate when all I am is cruel and evil", I cut his sentence with a butterfly kiss on his forehead. "Do not say that, Leo. If you did not deserve me, the moon goddess would not have provided you with me.", I say with my head tamely resting on his shoulders.

Leo then licked my marking and stated, "Let's go for a run, my love". Leo and I both got up and I chased him quickly towards the auburn door. "Ha I win.", I state. After laughing for few minutes, I head outside and suddenly forget the fact that my clothes are still on my body. Oh well.

I shift into my snow white wolf and watch as Leo shifts into his humongous black wolf. His wolf is nearly twice as big as mine, and I sure do love it. As I run wildly into the forest, Leo chases behind trying to over run me.

So Leo thinks he can out run me...I run even faster but as soon as Leo catches up, he tackles me to the ground and captures me in his paws. I bite as Leo's arm and take the opportunity to turn us over and lick his face with my tongue.

I then change back into my human form and try to hide my naked form but Leo comes from behind the tree with shorts on and passes me a bag of clothing. Smart thinking, though he probably has random bags of clothes for us, hid in the woods.

"We should head back. Did you reschedule the welcome party?", I ask with Leo responding, "Yeah it is in about an hour". I nudge his arm for not warning me and head back to the pack house to get ready.

Once we arrive, a pack member rushes up to us and tells us that everything is ready and the party will start in thirty minutes. I run upstairs and rush to get ready.

After about twenty minutes, I am done applying my makeup and getting dressed as well as Leo. I am dressed in new blue jeans, a purple dressy top, black flats, and a black cardigan to finish the fabulous outfit. On the other hand, Leo is wearing a black shirt, black jeans, and black combat boots.

As we head out of the room and down the stairs, I smell the delicious scent of barbecue. Leo and I take a shortcut to the balcony through the kitchen, once we arrive downstairs. As soon as we arrive out, the pack members praise us and thank us for inviting all of them. This is a little overwhelming since there is at least 150 people here and this is only half the pack.

After I socialize with individuals, I head out to the other side of the balcony. Leaning over the edge, an elder male member comes over to talk with me. "I am pretty surprised of the Alpha's calm actions.", He says.

"What are you talking about? I see Leo as a calm person."

The old man then says, "All the other packs are afraid of him because of how ruthless he is but that proves to us, Leo can and will protect us, his pack".

"Wow, I guess I have never seen his other side.", I state. "Just don't make him angry...", with that the old man disappeared into the forest.

As I go back into where the party is, I notice most people left already. Leo comes up to my side and ask me if I am enjoying my time in his pack. I respond saying "Yes Leo. But I am starting to get tired". Leo nods his head and picks me up by my waist and puts me into his arms bridal style.

"What about the party?", with him responding, "I just mind linked them to go home and help clean up before leaving". I snuggle my head into his shoulder as he carries me up the stairs.

As we get to our bedroom, Leo lays me on his bed and helps me take off my dress. "I do not wanna invade your privacy if that bothers you...So I will let you take off the rest.", I nod understanding and head towards the dresser. Not caring if Leo is in the room or not, I take off my undergarments and put on some of my shorts with a tank top.

I can already tell he is practically burning a whole in my back with his eyes. I went over to the bed and plopped onto the bed. I smile and laugh knowing that Leo will always be next to me, well until we die. Leo looks over to me with entertaining eyes.

"We should go to sleep...", Leo states. "No come on, let's go on an adventure..", I lead him to the balcony and change into my wolf while jumping off the ledge into the woods. Leo follows, not knowing anything else to do and I start off into the dark light of the night.

As I reach this isolated river, I become surprised that the river has no ice or snow on it but it probably will be cold. I change back into my mortal form and watch as Leo watches me from the distance with wandering eyes. "Snow what are you doing?".

"Follow my lead...We are going skinny dipping...", I start and dive into the freezing cold river but since we are werewolf's, it honestly does not effect us. Leo dives in and says, "Snow the river is pretty cold". "Cold?" I ask.

I laugh, almost cry, and state, "Okay you can go out on some underwear". He nodded and headed towards the tree, when he got from behind the tree Leo had underwear on. I laugh and continue swimming, what am I gonna do with Leo?

I dive into the very bottom and start to discover the ground. There is a lot of rocks and mud, but the lake is surprisingly clear. I grab a rock and head up to the surface. Leo then grabs me and kisses me softly. I am just glad he is not a total pervert, because I am naked.

Leo glares into my eyes and tells me that we should head back before his beta wonders where he is at. I will ask him about his beta tomorrow so I get out and shift.

As soon as we get to the pack house, Leo and I hurry into our room and I race to the bathroom. After using the bathroom, I turn the shower nozzle and hear Leo next to the door, humming "We can preserve water if we take one together". I laugh and transfer musket into the shower. As the water seeps on my skin, I think of all those times I felt so lonely in my dad's pack and now I have both Leo's pack and mine.

I squeeze some lavender summers eve body wash on me and start to scrub my skin. Once I get done, I wet my hair completely, turn off the water, and emerge out of the shower.

As I enter the bedroom, Leo is reading a book called Torn Apart. I go into the closet and apply one of Leo's shirts and some boy short underwear. When I go back to the bed, Leo is ready for bed and is waiting on me to sleep with him.

I go into the bed and snuggle my head into Leo's muscular chest. I take in Leo's minty vanilla scent and get comfortable. After about ten minutes, I started to doze off into the world of sleep.
