Kevin is moving out! he has a perfect apartment and a  perfect roommate?

Kevin's POV 

Its such a nice feeling when you are finally moving out on your own!!!!! at last i'm free!!! but i'll miss my mom that's for sure, hmmm i wonder what will happen in my current apartment, hope that my neigbhors are not jerks! hahaha.

as he reached the building he quickly fill up the register forms and pay for his new apartment when he finish all the transactions has ended he got his keys and immedately went up to his room 3rd floor room 69,. he saw the land lady smiling at him and he feels greatings and a good welcome 

Lady - Good Morning sir, are you the one who will rent this room?

Kevin - uhm, yes are you working here? 

Lady - yep...if you need anything don't hesitate to call, there's a room service in here just use th phone to call, it in your room.

Kevin - ah...yeah thanks...uhmmm...this place looks pretty hope the people too...ah heehe

Lady - haha well yeah the people living here are good neigbhors so you  don't have to worry 

"kevin started to assemble his things and fix everything in the room as he was cleaning his stuff he heared a moaning sound of a guy next to his room, slowly he begin to walk a little closer leaning his left ear on the wall, the moaning sound is getting a bit louder, kevin's body started to feel warm, and he felt the goosebumps rising in his body."

Kevin - thanks, i will...

Jack - before i forgot, i'm having a party here in my room tomorrow would you like to come? a little get together.

Kevin - uhmmm, okay i'll try see if i can be there thank you for the invitation

"they smiled at each other as jack stares at kevin up and down until he enter his room, kevin closed the door and started to drip down blushing"
