((m/n name means middle name, btw. So yeah...))
"Looks like you're all healed up, y/n. She's healed now, Arthur. You can stop worrying now." Elizaveta said. "Thank you." He said. "You're welcome." Elizaveta said. After Arthur and Elizaveta talked about paying fees, Elizaveta left. "Arthur, could I go stretch my wings and fly around?" You asked. "By yourself?" Arthur questioned nervously. "Yeah..." You replied. "I guess so, but be careful." Arthur warned. "I will." You promised.

Thankfully for you, the last time you were by yourself, you had bought yourself a lot of clothes.Yeah, you paid for them. No, you didn't steal them. You had the money your parents left you when they died. The cold hit you like a goat once you transformed into a human. Quickly, you changed into your warm clothes. "Ah, that's better." You sighed. You did some stretches so you could warm up then play in the snow and run around like a five year old. After you stretched, you climbed up and down a tree really fast, just because you could. Then you ran around the perimeter of the field. How could you have the energy and ability to do that? You still have about half of the strength you had as a dragon while a normal human being only had a tenth of the power of a dragon((Excluding dragon slayers! *is shot for referencing Fairy Tail*)). Before you knew it, thirty minutes flew by. Suddenly, you heard footsteps. And... familiar grumbling. Uh-oh. It's Arthur. You thought. "O-Oh! Hello. Who are you?" Arthur asked, seeing you. Ahhh, quick think of a fake name. "I'm m/n." You replied quickly. "Oh, hello, m/n. I'm Arthur. You wouldn't happen to have seen a f/c scaled dragon around here, would you?" He asked. Arthur still seemed confused. Could he smell you? You had your own scent, you hadn't thought about how strong it might be. Especially as a human. You shook your head. "Nope, sorry." You said. Arthur sighed. "Oh... Thank you." Arthur said, then he walked away. I should head back, now. You thought. Of course, you waited until you knew for a fact that Arthur wouldn't hear you transform. Then, you started to head back to the village, and you made sure that Arthur could see you heading back to the village.

You grinned, seeing Arthur huffing and puffing from running all the way back to the village. You knew it was from him following you to make sure you were okay and didn't get attacked again. "Hey, why are you so tired?" You inquired. "I was running." Arthur breathed. "Why?" You asked. "Because I could." Arthur huffed. "Okay." You said amused. "H-Hey! What's so funny?" Arthur demanded. "Nothing." You replied. "Arthur! Alfred needs something!" Allistor called. "Coming!" Arthur yelled back, walking away. Okay, then... You thought. He was just going to walk off in the middle of a conversation? Whatever, it doesn't matter.

"Y/n? Alfred, Allistor, and I need to go get my brothers Connor and Jett, you'll be here alone. We'll be gone for about two days. Is that alright?" Arthur inquired. "Yeah, that's alright." You repeated. "Okay, well we have to go now. I'll see you later." Arthur said, giving you a small, quick hug, then leaving. Well, now you have a little while to be a human so you can stay a dragon for longer. Although, you found it kind of weird that all three of them were going to pick them up. Maybe Arthur, Allistor, and Alfred missed them so much that all three of them had to go pick them up. You were kind of confused though. Why were they gone and not living here? Also, why had you only heard of them a few times when they came up in a conversation? You'd ask Arthur about it when they got back from picking up Connor and Jett.

Well, now you were sure that they were gone. You transformed into a human. Then, you left through the back of the barn to the house. This was the way that nobody would see you. You reached down and got a key from under the mat by the door. You let yourself in then closed the door behind you. You reeked from not getting that clean last time you were a human, so you had to take a shower. Quickly, you found a clean rag, then walked to the nearest bathroom. Next, you stripped off your clothes then jumped into the shower. A minute later, you heard a noise. It couldn't be a burglar? Could it? Or was it one of the Kirklands or Alfred? You hoped not. Then, there was a sound of a voice. Should you turn off the water and press yourself against the wall? That wouldn't do any good. The person that was there already heard the shower running. What if it was a pervert there? What if... The door opened abruptly. "Who's there?" Arthur demanded. You sighed. There was no getting out of this. "Y/n." You answered. "Y-Y/n? Huh? How?" Arthur squeaked. "I'm kind of half-human." You replied. "Well, why didn't you tell me you were half-human?" Arthur asked. "I don't know... I guess I was scared that is it was going to make things awkward or something. Plus, how could I tell you. I couldn't say, 'Oh, hey. I'm half-human, also, did you hear what Yao did?'" You said. "No, I suppose not..." Arthur agreed. "I'm sorry, I wish I could have thought of a rational way to tell you, I just couldn't think of one. You're actually taking this more calmly than I thought you would." You said. "Oh believe me, I'm not." Arthur assured you. "Well, visibly." You corrected. There was a gasp coming from Arthur, realizing how weird this was. "S-So..." Arthur trailed off. "Uh, I'm finished taking a shower." You told him, turning off the water. Arthur squeaked again. "Wait, are these clothes on the floor the only clothes you have that fit you?" Arthur questioned. "Yup." You answered. Arthur through a towel over the shower curtain. "Dry yourself off. I'm going to go get you some of my clothes for you to wear. Then we're going to go buy you some more clothes." Arthur said, leaving the room. "Okay." You replied, drying yourself off. A few minutes later, Arthur came back with the clothes. He put the clothes on the counter. "Come out when you're dressed." Arthur said. "Okay." You repeated. You waited for the sound of the door closing then got out of the shower. Then, you put the clothes Arthur left you on. The top was a long sleeved, dark blue sweater. The bottoms were a pair of blue jeans.
Once you had gotten dressed, you opened the door and left the room, just as Arthur requested. When you opened the door, he wasn't there, so you decided to go look for him. As you looked for him, you brushed your hair out with your fingers. When you finally found him, Arthur was looking outside the window in the kitchen. Arthur didn't to have heard you come into the room, so you snuck up behind him. "Boo!" You exclaimed. Startled, Arthur jumped while letting out a girlish shriek. "Oh my God, y/n. Don't scare me like that." Arthur scolded, annoyed. He glanced at you, and a small blush formed on his face. "What?" You asked. "Nothing. It's just weird. You're a girl. And you're wearing a guy's clothes, my clothes. It just seems... A bit weird." Arthur said. "Oh." You said, then you smiled and laughed, realizing what he meant. "H-Hey! It's not funny. Don't be a pervert like Francis!" Arthur cried. "I'm not! It's just funny. And hey, you're the one who thought of it first!" You said. "Y-You're right. Still, you're a lady, you're not supposed to think like that." Arthur countered. "Not a proper one." You reminded him. Arthur shot you a look. "Hey, aren't we supposed to be getting me clothes or something? If it's that weird that I'm wearing your clothes..." You reminded. "Oh, wait! People will think it's weird. I hate to ask you this, y/n, but... Do you think you could either make yourself look like a guy or stay here?" Arthur suggested. "I can make myself look like a guy." You said. "How?" Arthur asked. "Well, just get some rags to use to make my chest look smaller and st stuff in my shirt, then get something to make my hair look short like a guy's." You explained. Arthur thought about what you had just said for a moment. "But what if it doesn't work?" Arthur sweated. "It will." You said. "I don't think it will. You should stay here. Just tell me what clothing size you are and I'll get you your clothes." Arthur said.
"Are you sure? I don't think you can handle that." You said. "Why not?" Arthur questioned, still not getting it. "Uhhh... I have to have a bra." You said. Arthur's cheeks turned red. "Ah, r-right. I-I knew th-that." Arthur sputtered. You snorted. "Wait, if you buy a girl's clothing, looking like a guy, wouldn't that look odd?" Arthur said. "Ah, I could just say we were shopping for my girlfriend or something." You suggested. "You have a girlfriend?" Arthur asked. You laughed. "No, dumbass." You said. "Oh, right. I knew that." Arthur said, causing you to roll your eyes. "Well, I need to get ready to go." You said. "Fine." Arthur said.

"If it is okay to ask, why are you buying clothes for a girl?" Francis asked. "It's for my girlfriend. It's, y'know... That time." You said. "Oh. Okay, well, here are her clothes. Thank you for shopping here." Francis replied. "You're welcome." You replied, as you and Arthur left. "That was pretty impressive." Arthur admitted quietly as you walked back to his house. "I know right." You whispered, smiling. "Well, I guess you had a lot of practice from making me believe that you were all dragon and not a human." Arthur replied. "Yeah." You confirmed. "Oh, who is this young man?" Elizaveta asked as she saw the two of you. "I'm (male name)." You said. "Nice to meet you, (male name). I'm Elizaveta." Elizaveta answered. She had a certain look on her face, and she was acting a little different from the times that you had seen her before... "Woah. We're not together. I can tell you're a fan of yaoi." You said. Elizaveta looked a little confused. "How'd you...?" She trailed off. "The look on your face. Sorry, I wasn't trying to sound rude..." You explained. "Oh, it's alright." Elizaveta replied. "So, Arthur. Has y/n had any problems?" Elizaveta asked. "No, she's fine. Thank you for asking." Arthur said, a little quickly. "Good. Well, I have to go now. Gilbert is sick, so I am going to get some medicine for him." Elizaveta said. "Okay, it was nice talking to you. Bye." Arthur said, but not rudely. The two of you continued walking. Pretty soon, you got back to Arthur's house. "Well, what now?" Arthur asked, as the two of you plopped yourselves down on a couch in the living room. "I dunno." You answered. "I mean, what do we do now? Should we tell everyone you're half-human? Or just my brothers? Or do we just tell no one?" Arthur asked. "Again, I don't know. I don't really want anyone to know, not even your brothers. I mean, why do they need to know? As far as they're concerned, I'm a dragon. There's no need to change that." You said. "I kind of want to tell my brothers, I mean, it would make things easier. We have enough beds for all of us to live in the house." Arthur said. "Wouldn't other people be confused about why I am not in my stall in the barn?" You asked. "Yes, I suppose. Well, could we at least tell my siblings about it?" Arthur asked. "I guess. But wait for me to be ready. What time tomorrow are your brothers supposed to get back here?" You asked. "At about nine, why?" Arthur inquired. "I kind of want to sleep in a bed for once." You explained. "Okay, if you want to. Oh! It's getting kind of late. It's time for dinner!" Arthur exclaimed. "I'm going to eat my own food, if you don't mind." You said quickly. Arthur sighed. "My cooking isn't that bad." Arthur muttered. "I'm not taking any chances." You replied. "Fine." Arthur said.

As you reentered the house, you saw that Arthur was still eating. He was reading a book while he was eating. "What book are you reading?" You asked. "A Sherlock Holmes book." Arthur said, not even looking up from his book. "Cool." You said. "Oh, you can't read, can you?" Arthur said, looking up from his book. "No, don't rub it in." You said. "I wasn't going to. I can teach you how to read and write if you want me to." Arthur offered. "That'd be nice, but finish eating first." You said. Arthur gave you a small smile. "I was planning to." He said. A few minutes later, he finished eating. "Follow me." Arthur said. You did so. Arthur lead you down to the last room in a hallway nearest to the dining room, which you two were just in.((Just so you know, this scene is meant to be a little bit like when Brom was teaching Eragon how to read and write in the book Eragon. If you have not read that book, then go, buy it and read it now. It's the best book ever. Go read it.)) The room was an office room. There were tons of bookshelves overflowing with books. There was also four desk. Each desk was facing a different wall. The desks had stacks of papers on them with candles on the opposite side of the stacks of paper, which made sense. You wouldn't want the papers to catch on fire. That would be disastrous. Some of the drawers in the desks were overflowing with papers. The whole room smelled of paper and candles. It smelled oddly inviting. Arthur got a few blank pieces of paper and put them on the floor so he could teach you how to read and write. "Come over here." Arthur beckoned and you did so. "This is an a. Write it." Arthur said, handing you a pen. You took it and started to write it with your left hand. "Ah! Don't do that! Write it with your right hand!" Arthur exclaimed. "Why?" You asked. "Because! People will think you are odd and treat you differently." Arthur explained. You put the pen in your right hand. "It feels weirder this way. Plus, you wrote with your left hand just now." You pointed out, switching the pen back to your left hand. Arthur sighed. "Fine. Just try not to write in front of others." Arthur said. "Why did you scold me if you write with your left hand?" You asked. "Because, I don't want people to treat you differently the way they do to me because I'm left handed." Arthur said.((I can sense you're confused. JK. I'm just gonna guess you are, if not, then skip reading this. In the book Last Apprentice, it is considered bad or witchy to do things left handedly. While I understand, in what I'm writing, it's normal to have a dragon in this, I'm still doing it this way. Deal with it.)) "That's stupid." You muttered. "I know, but they still do it." Arthur said.
