Sinking

And suddenly She felt alone again
Almost like she was Drowning in a sea of her own tears, no where to run, no where to hide, there was no escape not even in her dreams did she find any comfort, the only place she felt peace was midway between worlds not fully awake yet not quite asleep she was stuck in between ... She was lost.

She had recently realised that she was alone, no one who said they would be there, was there. Granted she hadn't told them how she was feeling, but if they were that close to her how did they not notice her slowly sinking, deeper and deeper, until she was with the sunken ships and the dead fish. At rock bottom, at the sea bed.

As she sunk Lower and lower she came to the realisation that the loneliness was what made her so sinkable. It was weighing down on her soul. One day it would burry her, whether it was at the bottom of the ocean or six feet underground in a child sized coffin who knew. Only she could make that decision, only she could choose whether to let it burry her or to fight for every breath until one day she could thread the water again, until that day the loneliness started to go away.
