The Cool Kids

The cool kids.
That's what everyone wants to be. I don't blame you. Their popular, "perfect", all the boys/girls like them, EVERYONE wants to be them, they have no flaws.
Sorry to break it down to you but their not the best people in the world.
Even though everyone wants to be them, they get liked from their opposite gender, and have "no" flaws ; their not the people you would want to be.
The cool kids are most likely the mean kids. They bully everyone. Except for the people in their click.
If you want to be friends with them be careful.
I know from experience.
They'll use you and make you think that your their friend but your really not, your their little toy that their addicted to playing with. And that's NOT a great thing. It might seem cool at first, but it's really not.
No one was made to be exactly like others or the cool kids. They were made to be theirselves. In other words, you  weren't made to be exactly like your best friend or the cool kids. You were made to be you. Everyone has their own personality. Your personality might be funny, kind, caring and so many more.

What I'm trying to say is: If hanging out with the cool or the popular kids make you happy go right ahead and hang out with them. But don't be surprised when you realize that you were either used or taken advantage of. Hanging out with the popular crew might seem like it's so much fun.
I get that.
If the popular crew is full of nice people who don't take advantage of you or don't use you, that's the type of crew you would want to hang out with. You don't have to hang out with the cool kids to be prefect. Do you want to know why? It's because you are perfect in your own way.
Like I said previously nobody was created to be the same. We were all created to have different personalities. If you noticed almost everyone in the cool kids crew follows one person and does everything the person/leader does and/or says. They all stand up for each other. Don't be surprised if you get into an argument and they don't stand up for you. Analyze your real friends, the ones that don't treat you like a piece of trash, the ones that care about your health and emotions. They might not be popular but at least they don't have the same personality like the mean girls/boys.
Like my sister said: "everyone is cool in their own way. Everyone is popular in their own way. Everyone is pretty in their own way."
Basically what she meant by telling me this is that you don't need to be friends with the popular crew and that not everyone is the same and if they can't except who you for who are then their not the right friends for you and the people that expect your personality are the right friends for you.
The overall message is: nobody was created to be the same. Analyze your REAL friends and your FAKE friends.
