There's a veryy, very thin line when it comes to differentiating Psychopaths and attractive cuties in terms of anime . Juuzou is featured in Tokyo Ghoul. I watched this anime on Hulu , and it's about cannibalistic people who can only survive in humans as food. They're deadly and people call them Ghouls. The anime is mainly a heartthrob, it plays with ALL your emotions a lot more than other animes. If you're into twisted/ dark/ bloody anime then this ones for you.
