The call

Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan have been married for a year and they decided it was time to start their little family

"Niall are you ready to have a baby?" Louis asks him

"Of course I can't wait until we welcome that little one into the family" Niall says as they kiss

"Adoption or surrogacy?" Louis asks Niall

"Adoption cause I don't want the heart break of us losing the baby multiple time, and through adoption we can be matched with a couple that is going to give up their baby" Niall says to Louis

"Okay adoption it is then" Louis says as they look to see the adoption centers that were close and until then they were going to foster parent to see what age was going to work for them

"While we wait we can foster parent, so we can get practice for our little one" Niall says to Louis

"Yeah we can cause I want to foster parent a little bit and if that one works out we can adopt that one down the road as our little one" Louis says as he starts the profile for them so they could be matched with a couple or a baby

(Weeks later)

Niall and Louis were working on the nursery for the little one just in case they got a call for a baby that way a nursery was ready for them when they came into the picture, and if they were going to be having a baby the room was prepared a little bit for the baby that way they could do a color theme in the nursery as well as a regular theme as well when the phone rang

"Louis that might be the adoption center" Niall says to Louis

Louis went to answer the phone he was ready to see if they were going to be having a baby soon or adopting a baby

"Is it who I think it is?" Niall asks him as he looks at him

Louis nods as he looks at Niall as he continued to take the call

Niall was excited cause he could not wait to go shopping for the baby and get ready for it's arrival cause they were going to be parents soon

"Thank you very much" Louis says as he hangs up the phone

"Who was it Louis?" Niall asks him

"The adoption center and they have a match for us" Louis says to Niall

"I can't believe it we are going to be parents" Niall says to Louis

"I can't believe it either Niall it has been a long time coming and we are this close to having our little one in our arms" Louis says to Niall as he tries to calm Niall down a little bit

"I can't wait to see the couple or the baby that we are paired with" Niall says as he looks at Louis

"Me either now we wait cause the adoption center had good news for us" Louis says as he waited for  another phone call to tell him the news that he has been waiting for

"I hope we are going to be having a little one in a couple of months" Niall says to Louis

"Maybe we are going to foster parent for a little bit before we are with a couple that want us to raise their little one" Louis says as he pictures what life is going to be like for them once a baby enters the picture

Louis got another call a few minutes later and Niall waited with baited breath to see what was going to be the verdict

"Thank you we will see you in a couple of days" Louis says as he got off the phone with the adoption center

"Well?" Niall asks Louis

"We have been matched with a couple and they want to meet us in a few days to see if we are going to be the right one's to take the baby" Louis says to him

"That's wonderful Louis" Niall says to him

Louis tells Niall about the couple that they were going to meet in a few days and what the baby was going to be cause the couple had found out the gender of the baby a few days ago

"A little girl Louis" Niall says as he rubs his hand over Louis

"Yeah a girl" Louis says to Niall

"She is going to be so perfect, and we are going to be her parents" Niall says to her

Yeah and we might be able to raise her as our own daughter since the parents want a closed adoption" Louis says to Niall as they kiss

"That's fine with me" Niall says as the phone rang again hopefully with even more good news for the couple

Louis was grinning from ear to ear cause the adoption center had more news for the happy couple

"Well we are going to be foster parents and we can adopt the little girl if we want after a while" Louis says to Niall

"That's even more great news, so we can get to know the little girl too" Niall says to Louis

"We can head down to the adoption center and meet the little one right now if we want before she comes home" Louis says to Niall

"A little girl Lou?" Niall asks him

"Yes very shy and no one wants to foster her cause she is super shy and keeps to herself so we are the one's that could work for her to get her to open up" Louis says to Niall

"When can we meet her?" Niall asks Lou

"Now if we want so we can go and get her, and bring her home" Louis says to Niall

"I want to go shopping for her though first and then we can get her" Niall says

"We can and we got to get her room ready too" Louis says to Niall

Niall was out the door before they knew it cause he was excited to go shopping for the little girl

(Much later)

"Now to get her room set up" Louis says

"Tomorrow we get her and we can start parenting" Niall says to Louis

"Yes we can Niall yes we can" Louis says as they start to work on the room for the little girl that was going to be coming home to join them

Niall and Louis worked on the room until they had to go to bed that night

"Tomorrow our new life starts" Louis says to Niall

"Yes it does" Niall says to Louis as they kiss cause that was going to be the last night they went to bed as two people

(Next day)

"Louis wake up today is the day" Niall says to him

Louis gets up cause he was excited to get the little girl and bring her home

"I wonder what she will look like?" Niall asks Louis

"Me too" Louis says as they were getting ready to head to the adoption center to get their foster child and bring her home and care for her and maybe they might adopt her down the road if she loves them enough as well that she would want them as her parents for the rest of her life

(Later)

"Here we are cutie" Niall says as he brings the little girl that looks like a year at the most into the house so they could get her adjusted to her new home

Louis and Niall were going to stay in with her until she got adjusted to her new environment and who was going to raise her as well for right now, and once she was adjusted they were going to take her out on outings to the park
