-Aryonna's POV- -The Next Day-
-Second Stop: New York City-

as I quietly stepped off the bus, thoughts were racing through my mind. what if i still like mikey? what if we end up dating? how would I tell my parents? how would I tell the fans? I shivered as the wave of cold, crisp fresh air hit me in the face.

I had told my dads where I was going, but I had written a note. I knew them; they wouldn't be too fond of me meeting up with my ex, no matter how long I've known them for.

after what felt like hours of walking in a blizzard, the Starbucks mikey and I planned to meet at came in view. no seats were at the table, so it confused me quite a bit, but I walked in anyway.

the warmth of the Starbucks made me have the feeling of 50000 spikes hitting my pale skin. I slowly made my way over to the counter, ordering a Grande Carmel frap. the jingle of the door opening caused me to whip my head around. "hey mike. why don't you order and we can talk...?" I smiled. he just gave a small grin in reply.

after what felt like years of talking, we caught up on the years we've missed. as far from how many times I've been adopted, how my new life was, and how I became 'famous'. mid-conversation, he had gripped my hand, shooting waves of an unfamiliar feeling through my body, causing me to glance at him. "Ary, I still like you. a lot. we shouldn't have broken up. now that we're slightly older... and slightly wiser... I wanted to know if you'd like to be my girlfriend again?"

in that moment, time froze. questions spilled throughout my head. do I want to go out with him again? do I really want to go through this? yes.

"yeah. I'll be your girlfriend," I smiled. he smiled as I giggled lightly. "you'll be sleeping in Keegan's room," I sighed. "oh..." he whispered. "what's wrong with my brother?" I asked, getting slightly defensive. "n-nothing. it's just- your brother hates me. he's threatened me to stay away from you. but I- I just can't," Mikey hiccuped. "I'll talk to him."
