The begining

Hello my name is Charles and I'm a fox I'll start my story from the beginning. My mother had a rough pregnancy with me, when she gave birth to me, my dad was long gone and I was pretty happy with my produce until I was about 8 months when a butcher cut my mom's tail off and stabbed her repeatedly in the back RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME! I swore that one day I would get my revenge on that man. So my life got harder after my mom died, I had to hunt by my self at only 8 months I had a lot of predators to watch out for like wolves, coyotes, jackals, and large felines. It was hard to fend off all those animals that can eat me, but I did it. I couldn't sleep at nights, I just had that recurring dream of my mom dying, I cried my self to sleep thinking why the universe is doing this to me. On that day, I woke up to this funny looking creature standing in front of me. It was pink, had a cylinder snout, little hooves, big ears, and a short curly tail. I asked what his name is, he snapped at me for asking. When he calmed down he said his name was Pete, when I formally introduced my self we became instant friend's, we started to tell story's about our life and we both figured out that we were both only child's, and that we have no parents. I asked him how'd he loose his parent's, he snapped at me once again, I mumbled under my breath, but when he calmed down he said "my dad was gone before I was born and my mom was killed by a human." I was stunned by the fact we have the same story. He asked me the same question I had the same answer, he was stunned as well. We thought the universe wanted us to be the best of friends! But there was one problem in the HUNTER and he's the HUNTED! But I guess that I'll have live with that even if they make fun of me, I have good anger management right? No I don't, this is gonna be quit a ride.
