You guys that like Vamp anime here it is.
The story revolves around the main character Jiro Mochizuki who is what in the story called the "Silver Blade" or black bloods. Jiro Mochizuki hides on a cargo ship to be sent to the special zone with his 'little brother' Kotaro Mochizuki. Together they also meet up with another vampire gang which is somewhat unnoticeable involved with the Kowloon Children.
I would highly recommend this to people who like vampire or supernatural anime.
