Can She Really Be Dead?

Chapter 12

{Stiles Narration}

Scott and I are inside. Peter said Laura was already dead. So that's what we're gonna see If he's right.

"She looks fine to me." Scott sated.

"She may look fine but is she really?" I responded.

"I don't know man."

"There's only one way to find out, to check her pulse." I added.

Scott nodded. I was expecting him to do it, but considering he didn't move, I guess I had to do it.

I reached over to her and put my hand where her heart is, and t-there's no pulse.

I tired finding her pulse in other areas like her neck or her hand but still nothing. I have to tell Scott.

"S-Scott, she-she's dead." I slowly stuttered.

{Isaac Narration}

One by one, Peter knocked us down like a sack of potatoes. Derek, Cora, Chris, Allison, Allysia and I were all knocked out. Accept Kate and Bella. Peter didn't touch them.

Peter all the sudden tackled Kate and through her in front of the house. He dragged her inside. I thought Bella was gonna follow but instead she came over to me.

"Isaac! Are you okay?!" She whisper shouted.

"Yeah I'm fine." I lied.

"I know your not, now give me your arm." She said.

"No bell-" She cut me off by grabbing my arm.

Slowly I felt the pain drift away.

"Better?" She sweetly asked.

"Yes, thanks." I replied and gave her a quick peck on the lips.

Before I knew it, she bolted into the house.

I saw Allison and Allysia wake up, and move towards their father.

"Is he okay?" Allison asked.

"Yeah, he's fine. I got him you go check Kate. And be careful." Allysia responded.

"Got it." She said and scurried away.

{Bella Narration}

I walked in to see Peters claws griping on Kate's neck.

"Oh Bella." He trailed off. "You have so much wolf potential. No wonder your a hale."

"What are you taking about?" I snapped.

"Oh, you don't know do you? All the papers may say that your a McCall and even you say that your a McCall. But on the inside your a Hale. We all know it. You may say your a McCall now, but in the future you'll soon find out who you truly are."

Before I could respond Allison came in. And he started talking again.

Dammit will he ever shut up?

Now he was talking to Kate. "She looks like you. Now their is a way to save her, and her sister. Apologize. Say your sorry for decimating my family. And for leaving me beaten and broken, in a coma, for 6 years."

"I'm sorry" Kate quietly said.

Peter and I both knew it. She lied. He's gonna kill her. Before I could do anything to stop him, blood splattered on the wall and windows. Kate was falling on the floor with her throat ripped out. And she lied there, dead.

Then Peter spoke, "I don't know about you girls, but that apology..." he trailed off.

Allison was crying. She was about to rush over to Kate's body. But Peter took a step closer to her. Shit! He was about to attack her.

Before he could take another step, Derek and Cora came out from the shadows, fully shifted on opposite sides off the room. Then Isaac came beside me, shifted as well. Then I shifted and we all charged at Peter.

It battle was hard we blew a couple of punches at him. And he did the same for us. He kicked me so hard that I went flying through the window and outside.

He followed me outside. Luckily Scott and Stiles read my mind. Seconds after, they came out of the house with the Molotov Cocktail on their hands. Stiles through it first. but the Alpha caught it. Crap!

I noticed Allysia's gun on the ground.

I quickly ran over go it and screamed her name "ALLYSIA!" Then I through the gun to her. She quickly got the message and shot the bottle in his hand.

The bottle exploded and his arm caught fire. It wasn't enough to take him down, so Scott grabbed the other Cocktail and through it at him. It caught Peter off guard so he didn't catch it and he burst into flames.

With the last shred of strength that the alpha had he was about to charge at Allysia and her father. Isaac came out from inside the house. He noticed what was happening and then he did this like badass ninja kick and nailed Peter.

He took a few hobbled steeps back, fell on his knees, and that was the end of Peter Hales life. Well almost dead, he was paralyzed on the ground but his heart was still slowly beating.

I turned to see Derek and Cora's expression on Peter. But Cora was gone. What the hell? Where'd she go? I don't think Derek noticed because he was walking over to paralyzed Peter.

He put each leg on with side of him. He paused of a moment deciding wether or not to kill him.

I hated Peter so much. So I whispered to myself so that Derek could hear me "kill him, Derek"

I know he heard me because he raised his claws, and slashed his throat right open. Peter was officially dead.

Derek turned around flashing his new red eyes and faced all of us and said,

"I'm the Alpha now."
