( double D's P. O. V) as I got to school I went to my locker to retrieve the proper books I would need for today's educational activities. Once there, I started turning the lock 3-17-14. I opened up my locker and took out my calculus book, my history book, and my biology book, and as I went to pick up my Captain America binder a note had fallen out. I pick up the note and look around to see who might have left it. I unfold the note and start to read it.

Oh my Edd thought, I wonder who could've written this, such beautiful penmanship! ( first bell rings) oh my I should be getting to class, I refuse to ruin my perfect attendance record. I close my locker and speed walk to class, while arranging my papers in perfect order in my binder not paying attention to where I'm going I had accidentally ran into someone. Oh my apologies I really should, double d's voice trails off as he sees who he had ran into into is none other than Kevin. Salutations Kevin, I do apologize for running into you ( double D blushes). It's all good double d, here let me help you he said smiling which just made Edd's face heat up even more. He leaned down an picked up the books Edd had dropped. Why thank k you Kevin but really you didn't have to ( he was cut off by Kevin) it's really no problem d he smiled and oh how edd loved the red heads perfect smile, he thought to himself did Kevin just give me a nick name? I mean I know we had hung out quite a bit during the summer and he has grown up a lot, but I had never realized we had become that close. He soon snapped out of his face when he realized Kevin was trying to hang him his books. Oh thank you so much Kevin he said smiling that gap toothed smile Kevin secretly adored. Kevin laugh nervously and turns a slight shade of red and rubs his neck ( a nervous tick he's had since childhood) no problem he says. hey Uh D, so I'm kinda having trouble in our world history class and I need at least a C average so they don't kick me off the baseball team, so you could maybe I don't tutor me? Edd smiles gently and says I'd love to tutor you Kevin. Choice, I'll see you at eight? Okay eight pm I should be done with my homework by then, alright eight it is. Sweet it's a date said Kevin, well we should hurry and get to class, I know how you get about your perfect attendance record he smiles and gives edd a wink before walking off in the opposite direction. Standing there in shock, he asked himself did that really just happen? Did Kevin Barr just wink at me? And said we had a date? Oh dear I am rather looking forward to tonight . He blushed as he remembered the smile on the jocks face.

( Kevin's P. O. V) I was on my way to first period looking down at my phone texting Nat, not paying attention when all of a sudden BAM! I ran into someone I was about to flip and tell the dumb ass that ran into me off until I saw who it was, I paused as I was watching double dork adjusting and fumbling the remaining books he had in his hand. I thought to myself ok be cool! So I bent down and picked his books up for him , I think he was spacing off or something cause he just stared for a bit and then snapped out of it and said he was sorry for running into me. As he was rambling on I thought to marks man he's cute when he's nervous, Maybe I need to spend some one on one time with him to figure out if he has the same feelings I'm having. I finally gave in a couple weeks ago finally admitting to myself that I had a thing for the smartest of the dorks. I quickly got an idea. Clearing my throat so hey D I'm kinda having trouble in our world history class, and I need at least a C to stay on the team. Do you mind maybe tutoring me? I asked nervously waiting for his answer. Edd smiles at me I'd love to tutor you kev. My heart skipped a beat when he smiled, and he called me Kevin I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding. Trying to play it cool I smiled, choice! See you at eight? He contemplated it until he said that should give me enough time to finish my own homework, eight it is! Rad I said, well I'll see you in history waving bye and giving him a wink and a smile as I left to first period. Man Can't wait till eight!!
