Frozen smoothie pops

These smoothie pops are great as a cold treat on a hot summer's day! They're made with Greek yogurt, fruit and a splash of milk. A great after school treat for the kids that you can feel good about!

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups frozen fruit (strawberries or cherries)

1 banana, frozen, peeled and sliced

1 cup Greek plain yogurt

1/4 cup orange juice

1/4 cup whole milk

1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth. Divide the smoothie among a popsicle mold, paper cups or plastic popsicle baggies. Fill to the top, seal and place in the freezer.

Allow to freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight. Thaw for a minute or two before eating!
