The monsters have been on the surface for little over 10 years now. You yourself had a nice life with them. You never wished ill on the kind hearted species and you couldn't be happier they came up.
"I made spaghetti!" you heard Papyrus, your boyfriend of 2 years, call. Whilst walking down from your room you hugged him and Sans pretended to gag in the corner. Papyrus smiled his adorable smile and he pulled out a chair for you to sit down at the table. Sans looked at you and winked. You were confused by this but when you asked he just kept saying the same thing,
"Papyrus loves you more than you think,"
Your face wrinkled in confusion and Papyrus angrily glared at Sans when he said that. Using your fork you picked up some spaghetti. You ate the spaghetti, happy that Papyrus had taken those cooking lessons from Muffet.
As you were eating something sparkly caught your attention. Sans looked at his taller brother and nodded towards you. Papyrus looked down in his seat and his face turned a bright shade of orange. You looked at him and fished out whatever it was that was sparkly in your spaghetti.
There it was.
Shining in all its glory...
Was an engagement ring.
Your eyes started to water and you looked at Papyrus. He was on one knee and looked at you with a nervous smile on his face. Sans seemed genuinely happy for his brother.
"N-Nyeh... (Y/N)... Will you... M-Marry me?" He stuttered. You looked at him and jumped into his arms,
"Yes! Of course I will Papyrus... I love you!" You near yelled. Papyrus was crying happy tears of joy and you were so glad to of found the skelebros.
Sans winked at you and teleported away whilst you and Papyrus cuddled on the sofa completely happy in one another's embrace.
