The Fight

Standing in the Meadow Jake and Edward stared at each other, 20 feet seperated them, but not for long. Yelling out in fury Jacob ran forward and lunged himself at Edward.

"You manipulative son-of-a-bitch" Jake seethed as he knocked Edward to the ground. Wrapping his hands around Edwards throat, he slammed his head into the ground. "I could fucking kill you right now" Jake screamed.

Bella looked at Jacob, her face terrified. "Stop...stop it" Bella whispered.

Edward looked up at Jake, his face blank and emotionless. "Why don't you just kill me Jake" Edward smirked. "Come on, just kill me" Several seconds later Edward knocked Jakes hands away and kicked him hard sending him several yards back. Running the length, Edward caught Jake around his neck while he was still airborne and slammed him to the ground. Holding him down Edward looked into Jakes eyes. "I could kill you, just one twitch of my hand and its all over for you."

Bella watched in disbelief as her ex and her fiance were trying to kill one another. Running to the fight Bella grabbed at her hair. "You guys need to stop" Bella spoke in a low voice. "STOP!" Bella finally screamed. Dropping to her knees Bella began rocking back and forth, covering her ears and closing her eyes. "Stop...stop...stop" Bella repeated over and over.

"Killing me won't make Bella love you, she will just hate you... killing the person she loves." Jacob spoke, his teeth clenched. "Go on and do it, kill me"

Edward squeezed a bit harder before letting go. Immeadiately his eyes looked to Bella, who looked extremely frightened. "I'm sorry Bella" Getting to his feet Edward watched in shock at what happened next.

Bella threw herself across Jacob, "I'm sorry Jake-" Bella kissed him "-I love you, I love you" Placing her hands on either side of his face, Bella looked deep into his eyes. "I don't love him, I love you, only you. I'm marrying you in 2 weeks, I'm going to share my life with you"

A small but visable smile spread across Jakes face. Pulling Bella into his arms he kissed her. "I love you Bella"

At that word Edward ran off into the forest, several trees could be heard snapping and the tops of their canopys collasping to the ground. Several birds went airborn as a loud roar filled the air. Bella frowned at the pain she knew she caused Edward.

Feeling Bella tense up Jacob pulled Bella close to him. "You can't please everyone Bella, just do what makes you happy"

Closing her eyes Bella thought hard; her life with the exception of her mothers recent death was as happy as it could get. Bella didn't have to keep secrets and leave her family to be with Jacob.  She would have a family with Jacob some day after their marrage, preferably a little girl. She could see her face aleady, looking just like her father with her russet skin, dark eyes and curly dark hair. "You make me happy" Bella whispered
