I walk into the kitchen and eat a banana. I see an owl in the window. I walk over and take the letter from its claws and read it. My eyes widen as I read the letter. I run to my parents room and wake them up.
"Mum. Dad. Wake up." I jump on their bed making them wake up.
"I'm up I'm up. so why are you so happy Siena." I show them the letter and they gasp. "wow Siena that's great. We thought you would never get in. No offence dear." I shrug and jump off their bed.
"I didn't think I would never get in." I run to the living room and sit on the couch. I see my brother Peter walk in. "hey Pete guess what" He grunts and looks at me.
"I don't know what?" I hold up the letter and he laughs. "you go to Hogwarts. pft yeah right." I smack him and he grunts. Mum and dad walk out and we floo to Diagon alley. We get my books and then my robes. Mum takes me to the ice cream shop and I order a mint chocolate ice cream. I look over and see Peter standing in the corner. I get a vanilla ice cream and walkover to him.
"Here Peter" I had him the ice cream and he smiles.
"Thanks sis" I ruffle his hair and finish my ice cream. "You know I hate it when you touch my hair." I shrug and rub my eyes.
"Damn contacts are irritating me. I'll be right back." I walk to the bathroom and take out my contacts and put my glasses on. Good thing I bright the cases for them.
