#Chapter 1 -A Brand New Year

My name is Adrianna Rose. I'm 17 this year and my career is a singer and an actress. It have been 3 years  since I won 1st place in X factor USA and had been signed to SYCO recording studios. I had just relased my newest album a few weeks ago and everything was going smoothly with the fan base, gossips, news and press conferences. To my surprise, I have already millions of fans all around the world which is really amazing. It's in the beginning of summer, brilliant for many outdoor activities with my beloved girlfriends.

"Look! It's Adrianna Rose! AHHHH! Oh my.. Adrianna may I take a photo with you?" one of the fans asked as I stepped out of my car.

"Adrianna I'm a huge fan, can you just please sign this for me please?" another fan asked. I quickly took a picture with the fans which asked me for a pic before running inside the SYCO building. I was currently mobbed by a huge groups of fans and reporters which means being squeeze in a crowd and running off was hard. Luckily for me, I survived thanks to the help of security and my bodyguards. Being dressed in a Peridot London, cropped bow detail blouse,a blue striped button up skater skirt  and a pair of Steve Madden Zipps White Multi sneaker wedges was a perfect outfit for summer. After a few months of being under the cold winter weather, I could finally feel the bright sunny sun shinning on me.

I raced up the escalators, wondering who were the special guests Simon told me who will be visiting us today on the way. Many answers  popped up in my mind. Could it be Demi Lovato? Or Kelly Rowland? If not them then Taylor Swift? This curiosity was killing me. So I decided if I wanted to find out my answer, I better speed up my pace to the meeting room. Just then, Ally, my best friend, called me.

"Hola?" I answered in Spanish. "Bbuena bestie mañana? (Good Morning Bestie)" Ally replied filled with joy.

"How about I say after my meeting with Simon I go over to your place so that we hang out together?" I asked excitedly while making my way to meeting room.

"Sure! I'll prepare all the stuff we're gonna do so hurry!" Ally  exclaimed. I chuckle.

"Alright I've gotta go, see you!" I whispered as I already pushed open the meeting room door.

"Bye!" Ally replied before I ended the call. I entered the room to be greeted by One Direction and Simon.

"Hey boys! "I greeted cheerfully but inside I was feeling awkward as I was the  only girl in the room.

"Oh Hello Adrianna!" the boys greeted back. Each of the boys from One Direction gave me a handshake and a hug before I settled down on a chair across them.

"Adrianna the reason why I called you here was to tell you that you will be working with One Direction  for your new album and the upcoming tour, " Simon explained. My eyes widened and jaws dropped. How could I be working with the world's biggest boy band?

"Are you serious?!" I exclaimed. Simon nodded his head.

"So.. that's why I would like you guys to have lunch together to get to know each other," Simon continued.

"Err.. sure!" I replied nervously afraid that the lunch thingy would eat up the time I needed to spent with Ally. After a few minutes of discussing our new album, tour and stuff we finally went out of the meeting room and also out of the building. I spotted a Black SUV outside and  realized that it was for us. Just then my phone rang again.. It was Ally.

"Hey Ally," I answered dissapointed.

"Hey gurl, what's wrong?" Ally asked worriedly.

"I'm gonna be a bit late for our girls' time later, " I explained slowly. I heard Ally sigh.

"What is it this time?"

"Lunch time with One Direction," I whispered hoping that the boys didn't heard me over the phone.Then there was a loud gasp followed by a squeal.

"OMG O-o-one Direction?! Are you serious?" Ally asked, almost shouting.

"Yes I am serious so now I gotta go because the boys is already taking up the space in the car!" I lied before quickly ending the call, saving my ears from Ally's shoutings through the phone. I slipped my phone inside my bag before climbing on the SUV. I was sitting in the middle of  Harry and Niall so it was kinda awkward being between boys. It's nothing awkward about me sitting between two extremely popular boys but it was awkward because I wasn't used being close to boys. I never really trusted any boys ever since my heart  breaking relationship with my ex, Steve. Steve was my very first boyfriend and after experiencing the painful break up, I had no intention of dating anyone but I just spend my time with Ally.

The lunch get together finally ended. The boys and I exchanged numbers before heading off in our separate ways but before I could even head off to Ally's place I was hold back by Harry.

"Uhm.. Adrianna i need to tell you something," Harry asked nervously.

"Yeah," I replied in curiosity.

'W-would you like to go out on a date with me?"
