((Jamie's POV))
The school day ended just like any other, still trying to cool down I grabbed my things and tried to make it out alive. Jessica was already waiting for me near our bus. She smiled and waved for me to come her way. When I got to Jessica we both boarded the long yellow bus.
She asked was I ok and I said yes even though deep down I was yearning to finish the fight and show Josh how I really felt. The bus rumbled and roared before it got moving and Mrs.Kayleb asked each and every one of us where we were going, Jessica and me live on the same street called Findley Ave so we were gonna be dropped of close to the last people.
Jessica's warm smile glistened in the setting sun. She told me some of her ideas for the school and was excited about her birthday. Jessica was turning 15 this year! She and I are hoping to volunteer at a puppy shelter. Our stop came and the bus wheezed and screeched before it actually stopped.
Me and Jessica gladly hopped off and walked down the paved sidewalk. Me and Jessica played a game of truth or dare and she dared me to give her a piggyback ride. She hopped on my back and we walked to her house, she said she had soccer practice and waved me goodbye.
After that we both went or separate ways until tomorrow. I took the longer way home and the sun set behind the puffy white clouds as I looked up. The wind danced and played in the leaves, before I knew it I was on my doorstep. Alone again until the morning sun rises in the newday of tomorrow
