I Hope »Soramafu«

Prologue

"Hey Ama-chan?" Mafu called to his best friend, Amatsuki, who was beside him, packing up much of his stuffs already. "Are you really going back to Japan?"

As far as Mafu remembered, he and the boy has been best friends for three years now after he was saved by the boy from a group of bullies and with that, Mafu was thankful.

"Uh huh." Amatsuki smiled at him before placing more of his stuff inside his bags. "It's been years since I saw that friend of mine."

"You two must be really close." Mafu smiled as he fixed his bangs before taking a seat on the carpeted floor and pouting. "I'm jealous~"

"Oh shush, Mafu. I'm sure you'll be able to go back on Japan too." Amatsuki grinned at him before placing a hand on his shoulder. "Aren't you going to find that cute girl you saw on a costume party?"

"I do hope so," Mafu pouted as he looked to a picture of a blue haired child in his hands. "I wonder what she looked like now?"

"Must be very cute."

"I agree."

Both of them laughed and talked about a lot of things before calling it a day. Mafu waved goodbye to his best friemd before proceeding into his own home.

"I'm home." He said after getting inside and greeting his big brother who smiled and waved at him. He then proceeded to sit down on the sofa and watched tv.

"Oh yeah, Mafu." Mafu looked at his big brother's direction to see him holding a letter which made Mafu grin. "You know who this is from right?"

Mafu nodded before taking it from his brother's hands and running upstairs to his room. "Thanks onii-chan!"

"No problem." His big brother chuckled. "Don't forget to come down for dinner, okay?"

"okay~!"

After that, Mafu entered his bedroom happily, grinning as he slowly teared the envelope as he looked towards the sender.

From: Ruko

"It was from Ruko-chan!!" Mafu beamed as he stared at the neatly done writings in the paper which was a sky blue scented paper. Mafu giggled.

Ruko was a friend of his that he met once in a costume party where she saved Mafu from a pack of bullies once. As Mafu could remember that night, Ruko had short raven haired that was tied into two small ponytail and a dress that resembled a lolita style of fashion while holding a little staff when she slammed it to the bullies that time.

"Don't you people have anything to do? How boring."

Remembering the past, Ruko-chan was a sassy person who gained Mafu's trust and heart just from that night. Ever since that time, Mafu already fell inlove with the girl even though they never saw each other for a long time now.

He laughed before holding the photo of them in that costume party and reading the contents of the letter.

Dear Fuyo-san,

Do you remember that girl I told you about last week? She always kept on clinging onto me and whining, it's annoying sometimes.

This week we went to a karaoke bar as well and all of the people were loud and kept on pestering me. I really hate them.

"As if you actually do." Mafu laughed.

Also, I'm going to be in High School this semester. But i really don't want to go, High school seems really terrifying to think of ugh. You're going to HS too this year right? I hope you can actually live through it.
