Five step, six step, seven step, eight. She wonders how long she will have to wait.
Nine steps, ten. Maybe it's time for the demons to win.
The door opens loud, with a push and a bang. Then she wonders how she will contain the beast that steps through. A man that she loved. But he likes to show it through a push and a shove.
She's knocked on the floor, unable to stop. And she now prays that she has no time on the clock.
She prays for her death, quick and painless. And she wonders how they even got acquainted.
He grabs her throat. And slams her to the wall. He claims that this is the end of it all.
No more pain, no more lies, no more cuts on her thighs. He brings her the end, soft and sweet. Never talking, not even a peep.
He puts the metal to her head, and pulls the trigger. Then she was dead.
Now she lays there, here is her happily ever after. The release from a man, she one called master.
