Teen Idle pt3

*December*

Today is the last day of school before Christmas break. Technically the school was half empty since most people already left. Unfortunately I had to stay and go to class. As I walk to my language arts class I see Elizabeth. Ever since that night she "saved" me we have become closer in friends. "Hey Marina," she says with a smile. I smiled back and said, "hello Elizabeth." "You excited for break ?" She says. "Totally I can't wait to get out of here." I stated. We both walked into class and sat right by each other like on the first day.

The whole class period we just talked and joked around. The teachers didn't want to do anything today so we just fooled around. Especially being seniors my class was out of control. Guys secretly vaping in the back. Jumping off chair. And one girl is recording the whole class like it was some kind of MTV show. I looked at the clock it was 11:30. I leaned closer to talk to Elizabeth. "I'm going out to meet Luke and some of my friends, wanna come?" I asked. She looked at me a bit worried. "Ummm is it going to be safe?" She questioned. I laughed and took her hand. We both walked out without anyone noticing. Elizabeth and I walked to the parking lot to meet the rest of them. "Marina we shouldn't be doing this." She says. You can see the worrying in her eyes. She always tried to look after me, like protecting me in some way. "Don't worry, it will be ok." I said while grabbing her hand as we ran to my car. When we got there we saw Luke, Parker, Rob , Charli , and Carter. Luke came up to me and kissed my forehead. "How is my beautiful lady?" He asked. I smiled and hugged him. "Are you sure Elizabeth is up for the task?" Parker said while laughing it off a bit. I nodded and said "she's ready." Elizabeth looked at all of us concern on what is going to happen. I opened the back of my car and took out boxes of blow up animals. "First the pool." I said with excitement. We all started opening the boxes and blowing up the animals. This whole time Elizabeth just watched us in confusion. Once we blew up all the animals we ran to the pool and threw all the animals of the pool. Then Luke got out these wind up fish toys and threw them in the pool. We all started laughing and took pictures. The high school pool now looked like a mini ocean full of sea animals. We then headed out to Parker's car and grab kitty litter. We then ran to the Soccer field and poured tons of boxes onto the field. I looked over to Elizabeth and she just stood there quietly. "Hey , you ok?" I asked her. "We shouldn't be doing this Marina." I laughed and patted her back. "It's fine, this is all just a fun little prank." She shakes her head and looks down. Then Luke comes over and grabs my hand. "Come on Marina we have to put up the Christmas decorations." I smiled and we all went back to the parking lot to Luke's car. We grab boxes and boxes of Christmas decoration. We then went back onto to campus and hanged all the Christmas decoration around the school. We even ordered a Christmas tree to go in the middle of the quad.

Hour went by and we finished hanging the tree and decorations. Luckily we have an two hour class or we could not have done this. The bell finally rings and students walked out in shock. Students grab the decoration to play with, and students took pictures to post all over social media. The 7 of us all had smiles on our faces besides Elizabeth. She didn't think this was the best idea. But we didn't do any harm we just brought some good spirit. "Hey let's all take a picture by the tree." I said as I started walking to the tree. The rest of them followed but Elizabeth. I looked at Elizabeth and wave for her to come. She finally smiled and came with us. We had someone take a picture of the 7 of us by the tree. I quickly posted it to all my social media accounts. But soon after I done that the school principle walks towards me in anger. I then realize I was probably in trouble. "The seven of you in my office now!" He says in anger. We all walked into his office. I looked over to Elizabeth. She looked like she was about to cry. I knew I couldn't let her get into trouble. We all sat in his office as the principle sat at his desk. "What were you guys thinking that you had permission to do all of this." He says and he glares at us all. I looked down at the floor. "We just wanted to bring Christmas spirit to the school." Carter states. "I do not care what you guys want to do, or you think you can run this school. " he says looking at me now. He then looks up at Elizabeth in shocked. "I am especially shocked that you were involved Miss.Grant." She then looks down on the verge of tears. "Mr.Hawkins, it was my fault she here. I pressured her to come, but she didn't do any of it she just stood by us. It my fault please don't get her into trouble." I looked back at her and she looks at me with a little smile wiping her tears away. He then looks at the both of us and thinks for a bit. Everyone looks at us in confusion. Like why did I let her off the hook. "Ok , fine Elizabeth you may go." She then thanks him and leaves. I guessed I owed her for saving me. But this time I couldn't be saved, but it's ok as long as she is saved.
