A few weeks later
Yahi came over to visit for a few days and a break from the Akatsuki. Renji and Yahi were at the park watching Amber with Scout playing with the other kids. Yahi leaned on Renji shoulder. Renji wrapped his arm around her. "Renji-kun.." Yahi said. Renji looked at her. "Hmm?" "I'm going shopping with Tayuya and Karin today since the festival is today and I'm going to take Amber with me." Renji just nodded his head. Yahi got up from the bench and went towards Amber. "Amber-chan come on it's time to go shopping!" Yahi said. Amber and scout ran towards Yahi and they left towards the shopping district of Konoha. Renji got up and started to walk around the village trying to find something to do. He yawned. Renji decided to get something to eat so he went to his favorite to get some dangos and as he got there he see's his family there so he decided to join them.
With the girls
Karin, Tayuya, Yahi, and Amber were taking a break from shopping. Karin looks at Yahi. "So Yahi how's Nagato doing lately?" Yahi sips her tea. "He's doing fine he's been busy with the you know what and protecting Naruto from the Akatsuki." Amber is just listening until she remembered something. "Kaa-san!" The three girl looked at Amber. "Yes sweetie?" "Do you know what the surprise is that tou-san is talking about." Karin and Tayuya just sipped they're tea and looked away. Yahi shook her head. "No I don't know what your father is talking about this surprise but you can ask him about it once we get home and tomorrow is your first day of the academy isn't it?" Amber smile got brighter. "Hai!" Yahi looked at Karin and Tayuya. "What do you both know that Amber and I don't." Karin sighed and looked at them. "We rebuild the Uzumaki clan in Uzushiogakure...while we were taking the Jonin exams even tho they're were pointless to take." When Karin said something about the exams Amber didn't feel like eating and drinking anymore as she started to remember her dad getting stabbed through the chest with a raiton jutsu as she put her head down. A tear goes down her face. All 3 of the girls looked at Amber. "Amber-chan what's wrong why are you crying?" Yahi said to her. Amber sniffs a little and something in a low voice. "I thought tou-san would've died in that match against that lady."
That afternoon
The girls were at home. Yahi looked at Amber. "Do we got everything for you for the academy tomorrow?" "Hai!" Amber ran to her room. Karin, Tayuya, and Yahi went to sit on the couch. "Tomorrow is Amber first day of the academy isn't it?" Karin said. Yahi nodded her head. "Yeah it is and I hope she makes some friends her age too that she can hang out with." Yahi said. "The little gaki is going to do great at the academy and she has scout to keep her company." Tayuya said. "That's true" Yahi giggled. That's when Naruto and Renji came home. "I think Aunt Jen should be the leader of Uzushiogakure like a kage..." As they headed towards the kitchen. The girls were hearing the conversation of Naruto and Renji. "Well kaa-san is strong even stronger than us but she can do it." Renji said. Naruto went to the fridge and got something to drink for him and Renji. Jennifer came home and Amber went up to her. "Obaa-chan can I ask you something?" "Sure sweetheart what's up?" "What's Uzushiogakure?" "Uzushiogakure is the home of our clan why you ask." "Cause Auntie Karin and Yuya said that Tou-san, Uncle Ruto and them rebuilt it!" Jennifer crossed her arms and narrowed her eyes and looked towards the kitchen. "Oh really..." "Hai! Can we visit there one day obaa-chan!" "I'll think about and talk to your father about it first..." Jennifer headed towards the kitchen and looks at Naruto and Renji. "You both rebuilt Uzushiogakure without telling me first?" with a hint of anger in her voice. Renji raised an eyebrow. "It was suppose to be a surprise for everyone of the Uzumaki clan but not anymore and did the council meeting get to you again." Jennifer sighed in frustration. "An ambassador of Kumo well 2 of them are coming and she knows Renji."
