It was the day that we were to do our songs live. The whole school was watching. But I'm use to it. I preformed in front of millions. I was back stage thinking of my family. "Why did you pick these songs?" Edward asked. "I'd rather not talk about it right now." I said coldly.

Matt carried me outside with the others following me. They drove me to my house & Matt held me as I cried. "Tell us what happened." Jake said. "I was upstairs & I came down to get a drink. I hid in the hall closet. 3 men came in & beat my dad. They shot him in the head. They raped my mom & shot her in the heart. My little brother, Adam, he was shot. They left. I tried to save him but he had lost too much blood." I said crying. "Any leads?" Ash asked. "None. It's closed." I said. I went to my bathroom & cut my arm deep hoping to see my family again.

"She's been up there a while." CC said. "I'll go look." Matt said. He jogged upstairs & opened my bathroom. "Call an ambulance!" Matt yelled trying to stop the bleeding. "Stay away!" I screamed kicking him away. The paramedics took me to the hospital & admitted me. Carlisle came in & shut the door. "Angel. Why did you try to kill yourself?" Carlisle asked me. "Why do you care?" I asked coldly. "Cuz I'll keep you here until you tell me." He said. "I want to be with my family. Happy?" I said annoyed. "I can't trust you to be alone so Edward will be staying with you until I see fit. Matt signed your release forms. You go. Edward will drive you home." Carlisle said & left. I got dressed & went out to the waiting room emotionless. "Angel!" Matt said hugging me. He let go as they all saw my eyes were emotionless. "Dam. She's shut down." Zacky said sad. Edward came over & led me to my car. Matt Zacky & Jimmy sat in the back while the others followed in Johnny's car. I went to my room as Edward followed & sat in my batman chair. "Why are shutting them out?" Edward asked. "Why do you care? Nothing's gonna change in my life. I'm traumatized for life. No one can change anything. So why should I tell you? I don't want sympathy. I want to be with my family where I belong." I said. "& that's where?" Edward asked. "A grave 6 feet under, lifeless. Leave me alone go hang with your girlfriend." I said coldly. "Heather isn't my girlfriend. I don't like her. I like someone else." Edward said not fazed by my attitude towards him. "Go hang with her." I said not looking at him. "I am." He said. "I'm broken & fucked up Edward. Surely you can do better than me." I said. "I don't want better. I want you. I'm not gonna rush anything. I'll wait as long as it takes." Edward said. I fell asleep with Edward watching me.
