Natasha Rommanoff flipped her friend and long-time partner, Ali over her head and smiled as she hit the mat with a thud. Ali glared at her friend playfully and tied her scarlet hair back into a tight ponytail. "Good job" She smiled at her and Nat smiled a little, jumping out of the ring. Her feet were bare and the floor was white tilted, the chill going thorough her toes. Ali coughed and jumped out too, her sneakers hitting the floor. "Thanks" Nat replied, watching as her friend tugging off her sweaty tank top. She was beautiful, her forehead matted with sweat. Underneath she was wearing a red crop top and ripped black jeans. She's brushed her hair off her forehead and twisted her pale wrist, scanning her arm at the door. It beeped like a scanner and opened, allowing them to exit together. Natasha playfully nudges her friend and smiled, heading in the other direction. "I'll see you later, okay?" Ali nodded and headed to her room, lost in thought.

She slipped out of Shield, zipping her black jacket up. It was nearly winter, snowflakes landing on her jacket and leaving a few moments later. She had found out about her powers, wondering how Nat was going to treat her when she found out. She kept walking, her eyes scanning the sidewalk. Light snow fell to the ground, landing on her jacket and hair. "Hmm..." She muttered, conjuring a small flame in her palm. Thankfully the streets were empty, the fire illuminating a shadowy figure in the alley ahead of her. A cold breeze blows her hair away from her face, letting a few strands fall on her cheekbones. She kept walking, moving into the alleyway and dowsing the flame from her hand.

Puddles of old, stained water touches her nostrils, assaulting her like the scent of moldy cheese. She pinches her nose, another aroma joining the scent. A intense smokey scent like a cigarette being lit, the shadowy figure pulling away from the wall. "Hello..Agent Woods" Ali nodded, revealing her true form. Two different colored eyes, one a icy turquoise hue. The other a hazel like the leaves on a tree. "It's a pleasure to meet you in person, Rumlow" She spoke with a tone of familiarity and amusement, pressing a small device into his hand. Rumlow had sent her undercover, shadows highlighting her cheekbones. "Excellent..Follow me, miss Woods"

Ali nodded, a faint smile touching her lips. She brushed a few flakes off her jacket, knowing at the back of her mind that it's Shield's turn to fall into the ashes.
