"Sammy I'm so glad you're ok" Dean said. Someone knocked at the door. To reveal, it was dad.
"Dad?!" The Winchester boys said in unison "I thought you were dead.. You bargained your soul to save me.." Dean said. "You're angel friend... It's no big deal he brought me back" John said in a reply. "how're you feeling Sam?" John asked. "Honestly, my whole body aches, and I'm nauseous and starving at the same time " Sam replied softly.
John nodded. "You'll be better soon"
'Damn I sure hope so' Sam thought.
Sam recalled the horrible memory.
' "Sammy! Bobby call an ambulance! " Dean screamed desperate. The ambulance carried Sam and Dean stayed right by Sam the whole time. Dean caressed Sam's hand whispering reassuring words'. That's all Sam could remember and even that made him shudder.
It was the first night that Sam was awake at the hospital and Dean sat right by Sam's side. Dean held Sam's hand. John entered the room and handed Dean his pie he requested. Dean took a dainty bite more focused on Sam. "Dad..." Sam spoke "Can Dean and I tell you.. something " Sam asked. John nodded "Sam and I are together" Dean faultered. "What?!" John yelled
