Moonlight.
I can only imagine what you see in it.
I imagine that you see the layers,
That you see all that it means.
Moonlight.
Your eyes were already so open,
You must see even more now.
Now that the veil of mortality is lifted,
Now that you are free,
I can only imagine, all beauty and meaning you see.
Moonlight.
Moonlight means so much to me,
To you, even more.
Moonlight cascades over all the darkness.
Never letting us fall.
Never letting darkness, come and take us all.
Moonlight.
It is like my eyes,
Always changing and cycling,
But you are constant.
You are always the same, in the best way.
You see things I never could,
Please share them with me each day.

Sunsets and Moonlight
PoetryI will wait. I will hold my head up high. I will pretend that nothing is wrong, I will be okay. I will think of you. I will listen. I won't forget you. I will always love you. You are my sunset. You are my moonlight. I will always, always love you.
