Summers Rain chapter 14.1

I woke up from my nap and checked my phone to see if Caleb texted me .. Still no messages from him , but one message from Brandon .
Brandon: hey Casey , I really would like to see you again , I'm still in the hospital haven't see you since I first checked into it ..  Are you Coming by soon ?

I didn't understand Brandon at all ... How was he going to basically turn me out of his hospital room then text me a week later asking if I was coming by .. Ughhhh
Me:  You basically kicked me out of your room The other day and now you want me to come bye ?? Why ?
I dropped my phone on my bed and got ready for the day .. I put on a black A&M sweat shirt and blue jean shorts on . I straightened my hair and put on my make up ..  I texted Caleb ..
Me : hey , want to hang out today ?
I slide my phone in my back pocket and  grabbed my keys to my car waiting on calebs reply ... Hmm I guess I'll go by the park until he text me I thought to myself while walking to my car .. I drove to the park and walked to the nearest bench reading his new text message .
Caleb : yeah sure we're do you want to meet ?
Me : how about the park on 5th street ?? We can hang out here then go eat or go to the movies ?? Your choice .
I smiled , I can't wait to see him .. There's something about him that makes me want to be with him ..
I heard my phone go off and checked it again
Caleb : alright sounds great I'll be there in 5 mins . Then we can decided together about the movie and eating ..
Me : okay I'll see you in 5 then
I placed my phone back in my back pocket and start walking by the pond until Caleb would arrive . I sat down by the water placing my legs infront of me and leaning back on my hands soaking in the sun .. I probably should have worn a tank top today instead of a sweater i thought to myself .
Watching the pond I heard a noise behind me . I layed my head back to look and notice Caleb grinning at me
"Well hey there ".I smiled looking at him upside down
" haha hey how's it going down there ? He laughed and sat down beside me on the grass .
I took in his appearance he was so cute today . He wore a grey polo and faded blue jeans with grey vans his hair naturally laid on his head push sligjtly to the side in his face and his grey eyes looking right at me .
" it's okay"  I smiled looking at him . So   Did I interrupt any plans today ? Sorry if I did I was just bored and I haven't talked to you since the party and all "

" haha no you didn't I was literally about to text you when you texted me so all is good " he leand back staring at me from the side .

" oh okay , well what shall we do then ? Go to the movies or eat ? Or we can do something else it doesn't matter to me ..

hmm he stated clearly thinking , how about we have a Bon fire ?? It would be later on tonight of course but I know of a great clif we could go swimming at today and then have a Bon fire tonight .

O wow that sounds so fun I stated excited , I haven't had a  Bon fire in forever , we could in invite our friends also they could meet at the clif/ lake right ? I looked at him smiling ready to go .

Yes of course , I'll go ahead and invite my cousin josh and my friend Tyler and Blake .. He pull out his phone to text them

Alright I'll invite Kelsie , Landon , Lainey and Samantha I pull my phone out texting my group of friends I'm the closest to .

All replied after a couple of mins and said yes .. We decided to meet at the clif at 3 o clock ..

"Alright Caleb I just have to go to my house and get my bathing suit and a towel" .. I stood up dusting self off

"Alright I can follow you home and then you can ride with me to the cliff if you want to ", he stood up standing infront of me .

"Alright that sounds good I stated . "

We both started walking to our cars and I pulled out first heading to my house with Caleb right behind me . We got to my house and I let him follow me inside into my room ..
Thank God I just cleaned it the other day I thought walking in to a spotless room .

It will only take me a couple of minutes "I said walking to my dresser draw before pulling out my hot pink bikini and some cut off blue jean shirt to go over them .
I looked over at Caleb and he sat on my bed waiting patiently looking around my room .
I smiled and walk toward the restroom .
Alright I just have to put my bathing suit on the we can go to ur place I said walking into the bathroom shutting the door .
Alright he said grinning at my bathing suit in hand .
I change quickly and pull my cut off shorts over my bikini bottoms and threw on my tank top .. I pack my sweater and a blanket for tonight in case it was cold and walkout of my room noticing Caleb right were I left him. He looked up at me and down  taking in  my outfit he smiled and got up . Done ? He asked coming a little close to me ..
Yepp I nodded smiling and looking down towards the floor ..
Alright we can go to my place now I just have to grab swim trunks .
We headed to his house he ran in and grabbed his trunks thinking it would faster if I stayed in the car , I agreed . We got to the cliff around 3:10 and my friends were already there . I walked over to Kelsie and Landon Samantha and Lainey and we all gave each other  hugs and they started stripping into there bathing suit .  Landon gave me a playful wink as he stripped his shirt off , I blushed and started walking away towards a small table to the side . Calebs friends and cousin Tyler and Blake and josh also arrived . 
Caleb came over to me and sat down after he greeted his friend and cousin , Tyler and Blake followed him the the table and sat down across from me and beside me ..
