I hate being back to school! I mean where did the summer go?

I miss my bed! I was so happy and comfortable in there!

" Quit whining and moove your little butt! We're late and it's your fault! "

I drag my feet while I'm being pulled across the hallway.

"Alison we have class at 8 o'clock and it's 8:15. We're totally gonna get it from Mrs. Chesterfield and it's because of you! You little brat!"

I stop for a moment and look into his brown eyes trying to look as intimidating as I can.

"Call me that again and I will rip out your tongue." I say calmly as I've seen them do in some movies.

"Bite me! " He replied on the same tone with a smirk on his lips. It didn't work!

He dragged the rest of the way to our classroom. And when we entered everyone glared at us, including
Mrs. Chesterfield who was putting one hand over her hip.

" Mr.Parks, Miss Clark. How nice of you to join us" She said while her eyes jumped between the pair of us. " If management wanted classes to start at 8:15 you would have been informed, unfortunately that is not the case. Class starts at 8 o'clock which makes you two 15 minutes late."

"Mrs Chesterfield we under.... " Luka started before he was inturupted by our teacher.

"Mr Parks, before you say anything, I will have you known that any excuse you may use is completely invalid since everyone in the class were here on time... " She clapped her hands and looked around the classroom before laying her sight back on us." Except for you two that is. But, nevertheless we should hear this excuse." She finished
with a smirk, obviously happy with her self.

Take a chill pill! I thought to myself and I involuntarily rolled my eyes at her, something which she definitely did not miss nor appreciate.

" Miss Clark am I upsetting you in any way? "

No, you're upsetting me in every way!

Luka turned around to give me a "What the heck are you doing? " look.

" No, not at all ma'am ." I finally said.

Luka sigh before speaking again." You are right, ma'am, our excuse is not good enough, all we can give you is an apology and a guarantee it will not happen again." He finished his sweet talk with a charming smile.

" Okey, you're out this time. Go to your seats." She said.

We both smiled and did as we were told. A part of me was disappointed she didn't kick us out, now we have to endure math class.

I looked at her while she explained something about something about a formula and pretend to care each time she glanced at me.

Looking around the class, I see my class mates. Noah Stanley, Faith Wilmington and my enemy Diane McKinney.

It's gonna be a long year. I thought to myself.
Little did I know.
