I have been hesitant with making this because I might not be able to always get back to people's comments letting them know if they got their wanted OC or not, but what the hell? Why not?

This dragon is a Crimson Steel-Belly, a species from my upcoming book, Dragon Love.
Her name is Emeraldbay.
Other than her name, looks (apart from added accessories), species, and gender, everything else about her is open, but it is not necessary in the comments. All you need to do is say a number 1-100, and once I get at least five numbers, I will reveal the winner of who is closest to the number I have picked in that number range.
The winner when named will then have to name what they will use it for. Anything is acceptable, but if it is for stories or art, that includes animation, please credit or leave a link to my homepage please when you do it. This is a species of dragon that I myself made, and I don't want people taking credit for my creation.
