Look at him, I wonder how
he got above the sky and clouds
imagine the view from afar,
somewhere between the sky and stars…
Does he smile among those starry skies
or pass it all with lonely eyes?
Does he stumble or lose his place?
Does anyone even know his face?
Maybe he looks up in contemplation
for meaning in those constellations
or stare at them in search for one
to stay with him until he’s done
I wonder if he feels alone
unable to return to home
