Chapter 2

BEEP, BEEP, BEEP.

Ugh someone shut that shit off!! I hate getting up in the morning. I went to bed late last night. I was waiting on my mom to get off from work. But there was an emergency so she ended up having to stay. As I got out of bed to start my daily routine and my phone fell. Shit, I can't afford to break this phone. I got the new iPhone X . And that shit cost a grand alone. Im usually an Android user, I love me some Samsung phones. but with my mom working late most nights and having to stay over a lot, we barely get to see each other . So we though it best to get iPhones, that way we could at least FaceTime Each other and check in. And honestly I don't know I kind of like the iPhone. Not as much at my Android, but it has some cool features about it.  And ways I better hop in the shower and get ready for school. I took a shower, brush my teeth , lotion every inch of my body . I don't play that game I'm black I can't afford to be ashy, so I stay moisturize and I always have some lip balm on hand.   Put some underwear on some deodorant and got started on my make up. I actually want to look decent today. And no it has nothing to do with mr Miller . I mean maybe a little bit, but it's not the sole purpose. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. Hmm I'm going to go simple today. I'll Leave my curly hair down today. With everything going on yesterday I hadn't had the chance to get a new flat iron. Now for my clothes I'm thinking some skinny jeans and tank top and my jeans button up shirt with my black vans. I Grabbed my keys and lock the house up and hopped in my baby then sped off to school. I swear I have a thing with speeding. I can't help it really I've tried. I just get annoyed. Like I love driving with the windows down and having the wind blowing all on me . I just love to speed man don't judge. As soon as I made it to the school parking lot I parked and check myself over to make sure I still look okay. Appearances are important, and who ever tells you other wise is a damn liar. All that looks aren't everything bullshit, That's what ugly people say or what good looking people tell their ugly friend because they don't want to hurt their feelings. now don't get me wrong, it's really isn't ALL about looks. what's on the inside matters also. you could be the prettiest person but you can't hold a conversation ain't nobody going to want your ass , their going to think you're just stupid . Or they simply won't take you seriously. As I got out of my car I realized I didn't even bother with breakfast. I guess acknowledging that I hadn't eaten, I'm now suddenly freaking starving . ill just have to wait until lunch break. Before I went to class I stopped by the office to see if they got my schedule figured out yet. And they did thank god! Everything was the same except now they were all AP classes and instead of English last I had it first period now. As I'm headed to my locker you wouldn't believe what I saw. Some wanna be Barbie looking chick and this jock looking guy were eating face at my locker. while another Barbie looking chick just stood there staring like a fucking groupie . Trying not to flip my lid, and as calmly as I could, I ask Barbie one to move. I mean who wants to see this shit this early In the fucking morning, Sure as hell not me.
