I saw Jezebel talking to some boy.
"Hey Jezebel," I said walking up to her. The guy just stared at me. I didn't make eye contact.
"Hey! Sit right here, in front of me," she patted the desk in front of her.
"I almost forgot, Eiden, this is Celeste, she's new," she told him.
"Hey look, fresh meat," Eiden said with a smirk. He had red hair with brown eyes. Caucasian, paler than a ghost.
"What did you say?" You could hear the annoyance in my voice.
"Celeste, don't take it personally, Eiden thinks very new girl is 'fresh meat' because all the boys to go after new girls," Jezebel explained to me.
"Oh okay, but don't call me that again or else I will hurt you," I threatened. He stared at me, I may have stared back for a second or two but looked away. He was cute, I give him that. But, not my type.
The bell rang. Physics. I am horrible at it. The class was boring. Nothing happened, just this one guy named Ronnie thought we were in Algebra. The rest of the morning was boring. It was finally lunch. I looked around the lunchroom. I saw Jezebel sitting and talking to a bunch of guys and a girl. Popular table probably, I thought. I started to walk past them, but Jezebel stopped me.
"Celeste! Come sit here!" She said getting up and dragging me to her table. There was empty spot next to her. I sat down and took off my hood. My blonde hair fell out perfectly. I loved how my hair was long enough so I could see the natural curls. I took off my backpack too. As soon as I look up, all of the boys at the table were staring at me.
"Stop staring! It's rude!" A brunette shouted and hit the guy next to her.
"Well, since the guys are gawking over you. I will introduce them to you," she started.
"The blonde in front of you is Colten, the brunette next him is his best friend, Jordan," I looked at Colten, who was red after he realize that I was looking at him, he had brown eyes and was Caucasian. Then, I looked at Jordan, he just smiled. Casanova. He had deep dimples and light freckles. Also Caucasian.
"Those two," she pointed at two other guys that were next to Colten and Jordan.
"They are Ian and Dylan," she said. Ian had brown hair and brown eyes, Caucasian. Dylan had gray hair and bright blue eyes, I couldn't tell his race, he looked mixed with a lot of races.
"And this is John and Ward," she said.
"Yeah, me and Celeste met before," Ward said with a smile.
"If you count running and crashing into me as meeting me," I told him with a small smile. His face glowed. I looked around, the boys were glaring at Ward.
"Hello Celeste, I'm John," the guy sitting next to Ward introduced himself with a slight Irish accent.
"Nice to meet you, so who are you, not trying to be rude," I asked.
"I'm sorry! My name is Zara," she was African-American and had blue eyes.
"You can go," a young female teacher came to our table to let us go up to the line. The lunch was pizza. Interesting, it didn't have any chicken on it. At my old school there was chicken instead of pepperoni. The rest of life lunch was pretty uneventful. Except all the boys were staring at me."So, how are you liking it here?" Jordan asked me.
"Its okay, lots of nice people," I said answering his question.
"Stick with us and it will stay that way," his eyes were gazing at something that wasn't me. His expression harden.
"Hey, are you-"
"Come on Scarlet Speedster! Run! Scarlet! Run!" A feminine voice ran throughout the hallway.
"Stephanie," Jordan said. We reached a crowd surrounding two people. I was too short to see over the crowd. I wiggled my way to the front, there were two girls. One standing in heels, the other on the ground.
"Come on Scarlet!" The standing one said. I had figured out what was going on, and I didn't like it.
I fully emerged from the crowd and helped, who I presumed as Scarlet, up.
"Go," I told her.
"Oh! Who is this? You have a death wish, don't you?" The other girl standing in the circle said menacing.
"No," I said. She laughed. She put her right foot forward. She's ready to fight.
