Edward caught (y-n) before she hit the ground. It took him a second to render what was going on. Then he felt how her weight distribution was off, certain parts of her body seemed to be heavier then others in his arms. He was kneeling on the concrete, with his arms around (Y-n), he had sent Alphonse off to go find the nearest hospital around. Since they were in a town that was not familiar to Edward and Alphonse, so it seemed confusing to them.
Unfortunately. Edward's curiosity got the better of him, he removed the black lace glove from her hand to reveal some automail. His eyes went wide at this, and his jaw dropped.
"Brother! There's a hospital unit not far from here. I'll carry her there." Alphonse ran back over to Edward and kneeled down to see what Edward was so shocked at.
"You don't think she did it... Right brother?" Alphonse asked quietly. He hoped his friend had not committed alchemy's biggest taboo.
The human transmutation.
"I don't know Al. She knows what happens to people that commit it. She saw what happened to Mom." Edward replied. He handed the uncountious girl over to the suit of armor. Alphonse stood up with (Y-n) in his hands and started to walk down the road with Edward next to him. Alphonse staring at the metal hand the entire way.
Finally, Edward broke the silence before opening the main door to the hospital.
"Please tell me she didn't"
