Caleb's POV;
Today Annie's gym teammates are coming over for a 'new start to the season' party. I'm so excited because... Ya know, boys gotta love dem girls. "Damn Caleb what are you thinking?" I said as I slammed my foot on the floorboards. I went downstairs to my room to go get ready. "Caleb! Make sure you dress smart" my mother yelled down the staircase. "Oh yeah right!" I said just loud enough so only I could hear. She knew all about my crushes and relationships. But, she doesn't know about 'pretty girl'.
I ended up choosing out a a grey and white ombré shirt and a plaid shirt over the top, (unbuttoned, obviously) a pair of black skinny jeans and some brown boots. I got my mom to straighten my long curly locks so they look nice and presentable and that's it I was done.
I finished getting ready and I saw Annie in a coral lacy dress with her hair curled and pushed to the side, she was wearing some black lacy slip-on shoes. She wore her necklace that said faith on it. "Wowsers" I say to Annie. "Thanks, uh you look nice too? I guess" she replied. I guess she knew what I was wowing about. As for Hayley, well she was just wearing a white romper with some black high tops and her hair straightened with a white flower crown just to touch it off.
Hayley's POV;
Today Annie's gym team is coming over and we'll I'm nervcited because, Annie's friend, Katie, well she's coming over and I have a slight crush on her younger brother, Ryan. He goes to my school as well and I think he has a crush on me too. But mommy says I'm not allowed to date until I'm 13 which is so unfair. I'm only 7 and Ryan's 9. Is this a problem?
Annie's POV;
My teammates are coming over today and I'm very nervous because Katie's family is coming over and I sorta like her older brother, Brennan, I mean his his brown chocolate hair, his hazel eyes just make me want to melt and his smile, his laugh. Everything. I thought of an idea so I went to go ask my mommy. "Mommy could everyone bring their bathing suits so we can go for a swim in the lake?" I asked with my puppy face. "Sure, I'll ring-" I cut her off saying "I've got it covered" "oh, oh okay" mom said. I grab my phone and texted everyone what I just said about swimming. Everyone said yes!
This was going to be the best after party ever!
