Prologue: Letters

6 Years Ago...

"Is my things packed up already?" Catherine asked, she was sitting down at the cold hard pavement floor while listening to music before her butler tapped her shoulder

"Yes Lady Hoshino..." the butler nodded bowing down "But Master would like to ask you if you want to get something upstairs from your room" he pointed inside the mansion

"Something? I thought you already packed everything" she arched an eyebrow before standing up to run to her room

"Master ordered us to not pack everything only important things are packed-" before he could finished she swiftly ran past him with no hesitation

'The necklace should be there right?! It should be there at least!' her mind cursed as she barged in her room seeing it almost empty, the posters once hung on her black stained room was removed and her bed sheets were missing

She tear her gaze away from the bed turning it instead underneath it 'Please be there...'

Pushing her feet forward, she slowly bent down on her knees lowering herself down to the floor as she searched for the precious wooden box. She reached her hands out feeling every part of the floor "Grrr..."

After a few moment her hands grasp something rectangular like shaped thing, her eyes widen and quickly pulled the small object out with a grin "Ha! Found cha'" she stand up from the floor dusting off the imaginary dust from her blue dress before running back downstairs

"Lady Hoshino! Have you already found something you could carry with you?" the maids asked

She nodded smiling bitterly, she looked down at the red box in her arms "I'm not bringing it with me to Europe..." she muttered under her breath, she gently placed her hand on top of the box lid "Please do me a favor"

The maids nodded "Anything for you our lady!"

A small exaggerated sigh escaped her lips "Here" she handed the box out gently like something is fragile inside "Please give that to the Asahinas tell them Cath is giving her graduation gift..." she giggled looking around the place

"Give it to the... 3 bakas"

One of the maids looked at the box before taking it "Okay..."

"I'll miss them... and you guys" Catherine whispered painfully before hugging them tightly in a one big bear hug

The moment was cut off by a car beeping sound, Catherine slowly lets go of her beloved maids "'Till I came back guys... we will meet again" she bowed down before picking her backpack up as she skipped to the car trying to hide her frown and forming tears

To my dearest friends... I'll miss you and our friendship will never change or disappear because it already has... a place in my heart

To Natsume; please wait for me... I'm sorry for not telling earlier, forgive me dear...
