danzo got his root anbu to go into each clan heads house, the hokages house and the kazekages house and grab their children and bring them to him unharmed.when they arrived only one was not crying he had no idea who the children's parents were but was amazed at how the young blonde baby was calm and still sleeping in the arms of his root agent. danzo had the babies and toddlers taken to different rooms to have them tested to see what they were going to be good and bad at.

with naruto 

he was laid on a table and sent through a machine that tells a persons talents. his results were:

ninjutsu - 10/10

kenjutsu - 9/10

genjutsu - 7/10

senjutsu - 10/10

taijutsu - to young to tell

chakra - wind, water, lightning and earth

kekkai genkai - chakra chains and teleportation (needs special seal to teleport to)

kekkai touta - chakra wings and snow tiger (A/N i made them up so don't search for them)

the root agent doing his test was amazed at the results the only other person to get results this high were members who have trained for years. he ran off and showed the results to danzo who grinned evilly at what the young blonde would be able to do for him in the future. after a few days naruto had managed to start walking around like a normal person and still at age 9 months to. he was already showing promise. danzo had taken them to start a new program in root that needed babies. the only other two walking around were temary who is 2 and konkuro who is 1 brother and sister to the 4 month year old gaara. temary was teaching konkuro and naruto how to talk when danzo came in and saw this "what are you doing 12?" each child had a number ranking that they got when they had the test it depended on your talent "i'm teaching 2 and 15 how to talk" she replied 15 was konkuro and 2 was naruto every root agent was given a number and told to abandon their real name. danzo nodded "good i will need them all talking as soon as possible and to learn how to write i will have empty books and scrolls moved in here along with some things to learn how to read you will have to teach yourselves how to read and write though" he said and left the room just and shikamaru woke up and wobbly stood up the three ran over and watched him plop of the bed and stumble over to them he was 5 getting:

chakra natures - wind and water

the group of kids showed shikamaru how to walk and then they started the talking lesson again this time no interruptions. when the three were talking perfectly the books, scrolls and stationary came and they started working on different things temary and konkuro on writing and shika and naru on reading then they would teach each other.
