Places, places, get in your places
Throw on y
our dress and put on your doll faces.
Everyone thinks that we're perfect
Please don't let them look through the curtains.

When people come, my brother smiles, and watches tv with the children of the families that come round. My mum washes the dishes like a normal mum, and dad reads the paper with a smile on his face, looking as if he doesn't have a care in the world. Then, when they arrive, we smile and greet them civilly, as if we were born to. They don't realise that we are very different from how we act in front of them. If they knew how we really were when they leave, they would run for the hills. And report us to the police.

But that would never happen. Our act is too polish and effortless that it seems natural.

Too bad it isn't.
