IANH: Three

2 days have passed. Their training was none stop, Brigid learn how to control her fire in her own will. She also discovered a new martial arts technique thanks to Voi

Brigid is now trying to master the martial arts, hand-to-hand combat, it'll be useful in times of emergencies

"Voi, how long do we have to wait until the ship arrives" Brigid asks impatiently

(It'll be there soon milady, please wait)

Brigid did as he said, finally after a several minutes of waiting. The ship towards the Hunter Examination arrived, Brigid walk upwards the ship and sat on one of the bench that can be located inside

Brigid felt hunger and tried to get something to eat "I'm getting sleepy, I'm gonna hit the sack" instead of eating, she have decided to go to sleep. She'll be needing a lot of energy during the hunter exam

Meanwhile....

Brigid is still in deep slumber, she's really exhausted. The ship arrive to a island full of fishermen. The happy-go-lucky boy bid his goodbye to the island

"Ja-ne!" He waved his hand to the people

The boy happily skipped as he entered the ship. Brigid woke up, she stretch her arms and legs, she felt something grumble it was her stomach she is hungry

"Voi, is there any food here in the ship?" Brigid asks as she held her growling stomach

(There should be an apple around here milady)

She nodded and started searching for apples, she got up from the bed and fixed her ruffled hair facing the mirror. She opened the door and went out of the room, to her surprise a man holding a crater of apples was right before her eyes

"A-ano...can I have an apple?" Brigid shyly said to the man

"Uh? Oh! Yes here" he gave her an apple, and she happily took it from him

"Arigato" Brigid said her thanks and went off

(Milady, you shouldn't have said thanks to that poor man, you should've just ignore him and took an apple. Have you forgotten your revenge?)

"But, he isn't one of the people who wants my power, right?"

(You're right but milady, you create chaos remember? You don't possess any kindness at all)

"Then are you saying, I should've killed him? Are you saying I should've hurt him?"

(Yes milady, after you pass the hunter exam you'll get your revenge)

"I will, yes" a boy around her age started announcing that there will be a huge storm coming any minute

"Captain, there's a storm coming, a huge one" the boy said

"I see, then it'll be a bumpy ride" the captain looks entertained

Brigid went to a room where passengers should stay while the storm occurs. She saw the boy back then helping a motion sicked person

"Here's water and a medicine, please drink it right away" he said in unison

"Thank you" replied the sick man

Brigid just shrugged and sat on the floor while thinking pretty deep

(Milady, Is something wrong?)

"Don't mind mw Voi"

Without knowing it, her eyes felt heavy and what she saw was darkness
