Beep, beep, beep.
Golden sunlight flittered into my room. The bed frame cast deep shadows across the wooden floor.
Today is gonna be great... "Why?" You may ask. First of all it Saturday, second of all, I'm gonna hang out with my best friend Cameron Tate. She has been my best friend for as long as I can remember.
I rolled out of bed, trying to rub the sleep out of my eyes. I managed to get to my feet and stumble to my bath room.
I took a quick peek in the mirror and cringed when I saw my reflection. "Man, I need a shower."
I turned on the water and quickly took off my tee shirt and shorts. I hopped in the shower, letting the jets hit my face.
When I finished, I got out and wrapped a towel around me.
I quickly picked out my outfit, a gray, off the shoulder sweatshirt and a pair of black skinny jeans, and my white adidas. I also decided to wear a gray beanie.
"Mom, I'm going out!" I yelled flinging the door open.
"Wait, Dani, came to the living room please!"
I shut the door and skipped around the corner. My parents were sitting on the couch, across from a lady with long, honey colored hair.
"What's going on?" I asked, a little more cautiously.
"Honey, we need to tell you something..."
Ohhhh a Clift hanger!!!! What will Dani's parents have to say? Who is the blonde lady? Do I like asking questions? A little.
