It was a rainy, quiet day on Isla Nublar. Nothing was moving, with the exception of a lithe figure walking through the jungle, her large toe claws clicking on the floor beneath her. Blue paused mid-step and looked around, recognizing the place she was in. She rumbled gently and walked around more, soon coming up a small Velicoraptor skeleton, much like her own. She chirped sadly and lowered her head to nudge the bones, sniffing them slightly, knowing they once were her youngest sister, Charlie. Had it not been for the first Indominus, Charlie and the rest of her sisters, would still be alive. Blue sighed and shook her head, heading back to Main Street, where her other two sisters had fallen. When the eldest raptor got there, the first thing she did was go check on the little hybrid she was taking care of, Alpha. The small hybrid was sound asleep, curled in the blankets. Blue nodded and went over to a restaurant, hopping up onto the broken window frame and staring at the oven. If what she was told was to be true, then that was where Delta, whom she was the closest to out of her sisters, had met a fiery end. Charlie had gotten blown up, Delta burned alive, while Echo got her ribs and spine crushed. Sure, she got revenge for her beloved sisters, but Blue knew nothing could bring them back. Blue rumbled in grief and turned to join the small hybrid in the makeshift blanket nest. Blue curled around the sleeping child, shielding her from the rain and sighed. She won't fail as Alpha's protector, or as her big sister figure, not like how she failed her own sisters. The raptor barked in grief and watched the rain fall before resting her head on Alpha's back. The entire island was silent as Blue drifted into sleep, nuzzling her nose into Alpha's hair with a sniff to reassure herself and fell asleep.
