(Tris pov)-Before the kiss

Four and I are sitting is silence. It's not a comfortable silence like I get with Uri or my friends which is a good thing cause that means I am NOT falling for him. Thank god! He's not even trying to talk to me. Usually I'm very outgoing and talk to everyone but this is just down right awkward... After a few minutes Lauren walks up to four. I mean, I hate Lauren but it might make it less awkward.

Of course she says the things she says to every cute new guy. All I hear though is blah blah blah "call me sexy" wow coming on strong much? As much as I was enjoying them flirting, I need to do my work. But of course as soon as I start to grab my stuff they start A FRICKEN FULL ON MAKE OUT SESSION RIGHT ON MY BINDER. Ughhh so gross. I clear my throat and say "yeah... I'd love to watch you two eat each other's faces off but can you not do that on my work?"  (A/n sorry if that's not what she said exactly in the last chapter but I'm to lazy to check😂) I grab my stuff and say "Lauren, we're switching partners. Have fun with your 5th boyfriend just this week" and then I walk off. Obviously I actually have no idea how many boyfriends she's had this week but it was summer so I'm guessing a new one everyday. I was expecting to feel a bit jealous when they kissed because four is super cute but...nothing... At all. Which is a GREAT sign because his personality just seems...ew.

I walk over to where Christina is sitting and she starts laughing. I think it's at me. "What's so funny?" I say. "You just act so cool in these situations, I wanna how you do it?" She replys. "Well to act cool, you just have to naturally be cool" I say with a smirk. "Okay okay no need to brag about how cool you are trissy" she says. "OMG Chris! That's like the second time you've called me that today and it's only been 1 class!" I say. She just laughs and we get to work.

The rest of the day is a blur until lunch. We all go into line to get our food. We all get The usual: a hamburger and dauntless cake. Yup that's right, we have a cake named after our group. And I must say this cake, is the most amazing cake I have ever eaten and if you haven't had any, your just a big pansycake.
Out of no where uri comes running into the cafeteria screaming "MOVE OUT OF THE WAY I NEED MY CAKE! MOOOOOOVE." And he pushes everyone aside. "Classic little bro" Zeke says to me  and I reply with "classic boyfriend" and we both laugh. We all go to sit at out signature table. It's new the back of the room but not quite at the very back.

Uri comes to join us with 3 pieces of cake and Zeke says "Uri-poo, you're already fat enough! Why do you need so much cake?!" And Uri replys with "FIRST OF ALL! I am not fat" as he says that he fake pouts. "And SECOND! Because cake is life" he says the second part very calmly and with that he shoves the cake in his mouth.

Finally the newbies come to join us and is they sit down everyone says together "finally" and will and four just roll Their  eyes. Zeke and uri get on the table and shout "PARTY AT OUR PLACE TONIGHT" and of course Uriah adds in "BE THERE OR BE A PANSYCAKE!" And with that the bell rings and Christina says to me "WE NEED DRESSES!" "Ughhhhhh" I say. "Glad your excited!!" She says sarcastically. "Meet me by my car after school!" "Yup" I reply and with that she walks away. The rest of the day goes by really fast. The worst part about this year is that I have all my classes with four. And with that thought left in my head, I walk to Christina's car.
