Nightmares Can Change You

chapter 2

Normale p.o.v

Simon didn't want to leave Alvin behind. But he had to go to school. So Simon followed Dave and Theodore to the car. At school Simon ran into Brittany. "Hey Simon, where's Alvin ?" Brittany asked. "He's at home because he fainted this morning." Simon answered. "Do you know why he fainted ?" Brittany asked concerned. "No we don't, but he didn't have any fever so it can't be a flu. I just don't understand it Brittany, there was nothing wrong with him yesterday." Simon said.

Brittany looked around and leaned closer to Simon. "Are you sure you didn't notice something strange about him the last few days ?" She asked him. Simon began thinking back to the last few days. He knew Alvin hadn't been himself lately. "You're right Brittany. He's been acting weird lately but I didn't really think much of it." Simon answered her.

The day went by slowly. Simon couldn't really focus on the lessons which was strange for him. "Simon is everything alright ?" Theodore asked worried about his older brother. "Yes everything is alright Theodore. I was just thinking about Alvin." Simon said.

Alvin's p.o.v

I'm standing in a dark room all alone. "Alvin" . An unknown voice whispers. "Who are you ?" I ask. I don't get any answer. I know there's something there I can feel it. I just don't know what it is.
"I am everywhere Alvin." The voice whispers. Who is that voice?
"I have to go now, you're brothers are coming. So time to wake up Alvin." The voice says.

I wake up and see Simon looking at me concerned. "Hey." He says nervously. I don't understand why he's so nervous.
Suddenly the door opens and Dave comes in, but he's not alone.
As the man with a long white coat comes closer I realize who he is. "Hello Alvin." Says the man, who is obviously a doctor.

I scream as I see the doctor put a needle on a srynig, which he just got out of his bag. I jump out of my bed and try to run as fast as possible to the door. But halfway there I fall to my knees. I hear Simon coming towards me. I ignore everyone behind me, jump up and start running to the door again. Before I know it Simon has his arms around my waist and puts me back down on the floor. "Alvin, this is for your own good." He says. Simon's one to talk. He doesn't get a big needle in his arm. Dave picks me up and puts me back on my bed. "Alvin, everything will be alright. You won't feel any pain." Dave said to me. I look over to the doctor who's coming closer and closer with the srynig. "Simon." I say begging with my eyes for him to do something. But he looks away. I feel a tiny pinch on my arm and bite on my lip.
