The New Girl

Emily's P.O.V:

Today is my first day at my new job. I recently got employed at Sky Media and I'm so excited but also, very very nervous. All the people at the office are youtubers and all guys. And I mean "all". I'm the first girl recruited unless you count Adam's wife.
I finally arrive at the offices, but can't mange to get myself out of my car. Come on Emily you can do this. I sign. What if they don't like me? No stop it me you'll do find now get out there before they think your creepy.
Once I mange to pull myself out of my car, I fix my hair and my t-shirt and shorts and go inside.
I walk in to see everyone working. Not one person looks up at me. I look around to see if I can find my boss Adam, but have no luck. Suddenly I hear a voice behind me.
"You must be Emily, the new girl." Says a guy with ginger hair and a flash shirt. "The names Red." He says offering his hand.
"Hi, yeah that's me." I say nervously laughing but shaking his hand. They're really soft. Shut up Emily!
"Well Em, that's your new nickname if you don't mind, let me show you to your new office!" He says walking away. I nod and follow. Em huh cute nickname. Was he flirting with me? No he probably has a girlfriend, no reason to give my hopes up.
We arrive at an empty room that was pretty big for being the new girl. "Is this your office?" I say with a confused expression on my face.
"No silly." He says in a funny voice. "This is your new office!"
"Wait, really?!" I say, slightly too excited.
"Yup. Pretty snazzy if you ask me." He says giving me a big smile. "We thought you'd need a big space to do.. What do you do exactly?" He says blushing slightly and looking away.
"Oh, I'm the schduele manager." I say giving him a smile to try and relax him.
"Oh cool!" He says, the red from his cheeks going away. "We'll need any help with boxes or anything to put into your new office?"
"I have a couple but if your busy you don't have to.." I say shyly.
"No really it's fine! I'm not busy, right now it's my job to help you settle in and show you around." He says giving me a pat on the back. I smile and nod as we head to my car to set up my new office.

Red's P.O.V:

Emily. That's the new girls name. She's really pretty. Stop it Red she just got here. She seems pretty shy but it's kinda cute. I decided to call her Em because I thought it would be a cute nickname for her so she'd feel less nervous. Maybe kinda of flirty but I don't think she noticed.
As we got to her car to take her boxes to her new office, I noticed she only had only about five, six boxes. "Ok let's go!" I say picking up two boxes, pretending to flex my muscles. "See them muscles!?" I say in a hulk voice. She looks at me and starts to laugh, which was very contagious and quickly a laughter spread threw me.
As I started heading back towards the office, I noticed it was starting to rain. I notice Emily quickly look up and sigh. "Don't gotta jacket?" I ask. She nods. "Here." I say putting the boxes down, taking off my jacket, and giving it to her. She blushes and puts it on and gives me a big smile. "Thanks." She says in a soft voice.
Once we finished setting up the office, I noticed that there was a do not laugh episode for Office Antics being recorded right now. "Hey follow me." I say grabbing Emily's hand and running towards were the recording was set up.
Once we get there, Ross and Max are making a butt knights joke. I pull Emily towards the row of seats where everyone else in the office watches. We sit down and I realize we're still holding hands. I don't feel like pulling away so I don't. "They call this Do Not Laugh, which is what it means, the person in the center has to try not to laugh and the others have to make them laugh. First person to three points win." I explain.
"That's cool!" She says excitingly but quietly.
Right as I was about to say something, Tim butts in. "Hey your the new girl right?!" Tim practically screams. I can tell she's nervous when her grip tightens on my hand, so I do the same to try and calm her down. I notice she less tense but is still nervous. She just gives Tim a nod, then continues watching.
After the Do Not Laugh, it's time for lunch. "Hey Em, it's time for lunch and we all usual go eat at the foot court near by if you wanna join." I say giving her a smile as we walk to her office, still holding hands.
"Umm..sure." She says nervously.
"It's ok, I'll be here so I'll try and make sure they don't question you too much." I say squeezing her hand. She looks down at our hands and smiles. She nods and we head towards the rest of the guys.
"Hey guys ready to go?" Adam says making sure everyone who has lunch is here. "Oh hey Emily! Sorry I didn't show you around this morning I had a lot of videos to record... But I see has everything under control." Adam says smirking and looking down at our hands. We both blush and let go. Adam laughs and heads back to the guys whispering something. I couldn't hear anything but suddenly, everyone's eyes glance at me, then to Emily. Then, a bunch of school girl giggles come from the group. They're never gonna let this one slide.

Emily's P.O.V:

As we walk down to the food court, I stand slightly behind the group, since I don't know barley any of them and don't know what to say. Then, I see Red look to his right then look behind him. He looks at me then stops walking. "Hey Em, you ok?" He says concerned. I notice I'm still wearing his jacket. I cross my arms with the long sleeves.
"Yeah I'm fine... Just don't know what to say.." I say shyly looking away. All of a sudden I feel a hand grab mine and my cheeks turn pink.
"It's ok I'm right here, so feel free to join at any time, nobody going to judge you, and I'll stay by you as long as it takes ok?" He says smiling and squeezing my hand. I squeeze back and nod as we join back up with the group.
We get to the food court and can't decide what I want. Red's still holding my hand and can't help but smile when I think about. "What you smiling about?" He says with a little chuckle.
"Oh nothing." I say teasingly. He rolls his eyes, smiles and continues to look for food.
We finally get our food and sit down with the rest of the guys. I decided to just get a milk shake since I was too nervous still to eat. Red got a burger and some French fries, while the rest of the guys got either Chinese or pizza.
While drinking my milkshake, I notice I fry scoop some up. I look up, seeing Red eating a French fry that he just dipped into my milkshake. "Why'd you do that?" I say with a confused giggle.
"I tastes good try it!" Red says defensively picking up a fry, dipping it into my milk shake. "Here comes the airplane!" Red says trying to feed me the milkshake fry. I giggle and open my mouth. My eyes lite up.
"That's actually really good! I thought you were just crazy!" I say laughing at his fake offended face at my response.
"See I told you! Now you gotta share that milkshake with me!" He says darting towards my milkshake.
"When was that apart of the deal?" I say between giggles.
"It wasn't but now it is!" Red says, putting another straw into my milkshake for himself. I role my eyes and laugh as we drink the milkshake. Are noses were practically touching as we both took a sip of my milkshake. We both blushed and smiled. I think I like him.
