Jana P.O.V

"Yes ma , I just been kinda I'll lately I wasn't feeling well "

"Jana if your sick go to the doctor but Dont ditch school! You know that this is your senior year You can't be missing school like this."

"Ok I won't miss any more days ... When you and dad coming back?"

"In 2 days " my Dad yelled.."We busy so we will call later love ya!" he yelled then hung up 

Its been 3 days since me and Devon broke up and  him and Eli got in a fight. I've been an emotional wreck since. I told Eli to leave me be and that I didn't want his comfort. I was upset that he told Me like that and he kept it from me.

I was on my way to school. I didn't feel like going but... My mom doesn't play when it comes to school.

"Hey ... Jana wait up."

I turned around to see Taelon jogging towards me.

"...Hey"

"Sup... How are you... Ya know since the whole cafeteria thing. Ill respect if you Dont wanna talk about it. I meant to text you to check up on ya but I totally forgot. " he said walking beside me

"Its fine, and I'm ok. Thanks for asking. " I looked at him putting on a weak smile

"... You look good today, I like the whole "Chill" outfit." he said with a smirk. I looked down at my attire gray jogger and a pair of Roshes and Nike sweater

"Really I look like a bum." I said chuckling and smh

"I do... But um the bell is 'bout to ring so I'll ttyl... Imma text you about the document thing."

"Ok" I said and we went our separate ways.

  Jazz P.O.V

I was in Art class bored as ever on my phone. I haven't talked to Jana in a couple of days and I was starting to worry. When the bell rung I looked up to see the last few people walk in and amongst them was Jana.

"Hey Bihh , I was worried about you. " I said looking at her. Taking in the her red eyes and bare face. I immediately frowned and hugged her. "What happened. "

"Me and Devon are done. He was cheating on me."

She started to tell me the whole story and I was just shocked, stunned.

"I didn't like him to begin with, Jana you know you can do better than him and you will don't even stress yourself over that niqqa."

"... Jazz I love him and its not that easy."

"Well you are gonna go out with me Saturday night for va little turn up. Ya know Trix is throwing a party so its gonna be lit."

"Ill see it depends... "

"Well let me know "

Devon was never good enough for my best friend and he just proved to me that he Definitely wasn't as loyal as he claimed to be. I hope Jana gets over him quickly.

Eli P.O.V

JJ and I Skipped school today. School was the last thing on my mind after what happened the other day.

"Pass that sh*t man I need it." I said referring to the blunt in JJ hand.

"Here... You know we can't keep doing this. Track is around the corner for us and Coach Dont be playing about this ishh."

"I know... Your sister talking to you."

Jana been on my mind like crazy lately. She dissed me that night over some Bs. But it was whatever.. I know she been going threw it so imma let her breathe

"Nawww she ain't saying anything to me. You know how she is. "

" Yeah but... What you wanna do bout ole boy?" I said referring to Devon. I had a half of mind to pull up to his crib and handle it there. But I got respect for his family and I Dont want to be  disturbing all of them.

" I don't kno' man... imma just let my pops handle it cause you know his Uncle is our couch... Besides on a serious note I really aint feeling you and my sis talking, on that level. You dealing with Carmen and have been for min now and I know how you are when you not feeling a girl anymore you go ghost. I don't want you putting her threw that cause if you do... We not gonna be boys anymore, we'll have a problem." He said in a serious tone and I respect what he saying cause that's his sister and all but I am not gonna hurt her trust me.

" I'm not gonna hurt her but besides she prolly really won't give me a chance anyway... I respect what your saying man I understand."

" Good so I don't want you trying to get with my sister..." he paused looking down at his phone and frowning  " I gotta go man Jamie uhh... he got into something" and just like that he got out of my lawn chair in my backyard gave me a dap and was out.

Sh*t man wtf am I doing I thought.
