Kortez POV

As I ride to my house, New Kid keeps yelling in joy at the speed we're going. When we reach my house, I get of Roger and walk inside and start getting popcorn ready for when Corbs and Cassie get here. I walked into the lounge and saw New Kid admiring my mother's sound system.

"That's one sweet entertainment system you have."

"You should see the one In the den." I said indicating upstairs, "It's wicked compared to this."

As I showed New Kid the way to the den he asked me questions about how my family can afford all this.

"I had a high-paying modelling contract a while ago." Was all I told him

"Must've been some contract if you could afford this"

"Yeah, it was" was my reply as we reached the den.

"No way this is an amazing place to hang out" he said as he looked around at the two-story room that was decked out with bean bags, futons, and an incredible home entertainment system including a 70" plasma tv, top of the market surround sound speakers, a PS4, PS3 and a Xbox 360. As well as a iMac and a whole bookshelf dedicated to all types of games including COD, COD: Ghosts, Sims 2 and 3, many strategy, action and logic games, as well as DVDs. I was about to tell Theo about my extensive collection of games when I heard the doorbell ring.

"That'll be the crew I'll be back" I tell Theo as I jog down the stairs to greet Corbs and Cassie.

"I've told you guys you don't need to ring the doorbell if Roger is parked outside cause then I'm home and then you can walk right up to the den. Did you bring the DVDs?" I asked as we walked up to the den.

"Yes we did! STAR TREK NIGHT HERE WE COME!!!" Corbs yelled as we walked up to the stairs.

"THE POPCORN!"I yelled as I ran to the kitchen. "oh, I have that new kid Theo over so play nice" I said looking at Corbs. He has a tendency to be over-protective about me and boys since the Charlie incident.

When I walked back to the den carrying the popcorn Corbs and Theo were talking animatedly about COD and Battlefield 3.

"Wait you know Theo?" I ask Corbs as he acknowledges my presence in the large room.

"Umm... Yea. We we're leaders at the same holiday camp sometimes." Corbs nervously

"Oh... Cool" was my reply as I sat down on my beanbag "What are we watching tonight?"

"Star Trek Enterprise Season 4" Cassie replied "Why do I have to be here? I don't even like Star Trek."

A collective gasp was heard from New Kid, Corbs and me.

"New Kid likes Star Trek?" I asked in surprise.

"Yea it's a pretty good show" he said "and the movies are pretty good, so can we start playing the DVD?" New Kid explained rudely as I started setting up the DVD player

"Hold on a sec, I need my Red Vines." I said as I ran to my room tho grab the delicious treat "don't start without me!"

As I returned to the den I sat myself down on my bean bag and we started the DVD.

Theo POV

When we walked into her house I was in awe, I mean her house is a nice size, her entertainment system was wicked and she was being nice to me! No one has been simply nice to me there was always pity and sincerity along with it.

After the comment I made about her home systems in both of the rooms I was impressed, it really was a great house and surprisingly I live in the same neighbourhood as her.

18 hours later

It was past midnight but I didn't care we were watching a good show and talking about Random junk. I learnt a lot of things tonight like how Kortez's name is actually June and how Corbs obviously has a crush and how she is oblivious to his stares of admiration. I don't think I'll tell her though she's happy with the arrangement with their relationship.

"Yo potatoes, do any of you need to crash here?" Kortez asked as the tv turned off.

"Umm... Cass and I will stay the night whatta bout you Theo?" Corbs asked as I studied the room for the gazillionth time this evening

"Hey I live like 2 minutes away from here I'll just walk home" I told her as I got up to leave

"Potassium" Kortez replied

"I'm sorry what?"

"Potassium," she said "the 19th element of the periodic table, it's represented by a K"

"Okay... We'll see you around nerd" I said as I left the room

"WHAT. DID. YOU. CALL. ME?" Kortez screeched as she place a 19th century dagger at my neck. Wow... She has some issues... Was all I was thinking as I stammered out in response "N-n-n-othing" and I ran home

A/N I'm back my potatoes! This is by far the longest chapter I've written and shtuff big reveal of the fact that Kortez, Theo and Corbs all like Star Trek... I do too. Soooooo.... Like comment vote! And I'll see you all when I write the next chapter!
