I've been listening to the Riyria Revelations series through Audible lately and let me just say, this is what I've been waiting for. This is the kind of story I want to write. It's also the inspiration behind my own fantasy novel I'm developing. Although I'm using wattpad to keep track of my ideas, I don't think I'll ever publish any great amount of it on here. It's too personal at the moment, I'm too in love with the world and the characters and the conversations. This is the first time that the conversations have been easy to write. The first time the ideas pop up and actually fit. The first time I've been desperate to take a class that won't even further my major - I'm going to try and take a creative writing class in the fall on top of my biochemistry requirements just so I can have an excuse to write. I think I'm going to write a lot over the summer. God I love this. I love feeling inspired. I love feeling happy.
