After school club ( J Hope love story)

Chapter 2

The nerves increased as I walked towards the set. It was unusual for me to be this nervous, but I had never did a live show before.

It was the Christmas special and BTS was said to be promoting their new album 'The most beautiful moment in life part 2' with their title track 'Run' which I happened to have heard before as it played a numerous amount of time of the radio in Korea. It was quite catchy and the lyrics really resonated with me as it was all about youth.

'The credits are rolling, Jimin and Eric get on stage. Quickly!'. The director hollered.The plan was that Jimin and Eric would start the introduction and then I would be would brought on as the new MC. Eric gave me a supportive pat on the back before he made his way on stage with Jimin.

Backstage on the sideline was full with different cameras which enabled different angles of the stage to be shown to the viewers. Amongst the cameras stood 3 members of BTS as the others were still getting touch ups. I recognised the members to be Jimin, Suga who currently looked like a mint icecream and J Hope who was smilling while hugging a huge rucksack of gift that would be given to fans during a segment.

As Eric and Jimin kicked of the programme whilst dancing to 'Jingle Bell rock', I edged closer to the three boys who I would be soon interviewing.

'Anneyong haseyo' I whispered to the three boys whilst doing a 90 degree bow. I had to whisper as filming was going on, as soon as I greeted the boys had turned toward me and eyed me up and down. Jimin and Suga courteously returned the bow back, however J Hope was slightly more enthusiastic. He blatantly knew that I was a foreigner so he opted for a more western greeting by confidently pulling me into a friendly embrace and wrapped his arms around my waist.

'Nice to meet you' he answered in English, I had to admit his English and energy was cute and quite heart warming. Luckily before the camera panned towards us I was able to pull away from the hug so it wouldn't be captured by the nation and I wouldn't be slaughtered by their fanbase.

As sound as Jimin called my name to come out the camera followed my walk to the stage.

"Introduce yourself" Eric said whilst directing me to look straight down the camera lense.

'Hi ASCers, I am Hope, I will work hard', I said whilst smilling.

'So Hope what do you want for Christmas?' Eric said as he repeated the question he had asked Jimin earlier.

'A friend' I stated slyly.

'Do you mean a boyfriend?' Jimin questioned.

I nodded shyly whilst Jimin and Eric laughed and started to tease me. Out of the corner of my eyes I could see J Hopes smile widen as Suga elbowed him in the rib suggestively.

'So who do we have on today?' I said quickly to change the subject.

'Well, you guys' are in for a treat today, we have the one and only Bangtan Sonyeondan with us today here in the studio" Eric answered with his voice full of expression.

'Video cue!' Jimin and I said in unison whilst pointing towards the camera and watching the screen change toward a recorded video of the progression of BTS.

Whilst the pre recorded video was played, the directors ushered everybody to take there seats. I quickly flicked through my cue cards and ignored intense gaze which came the seats across from me.

'Going live in 3...2...1' instructed the director.
