Jax

Prolog

This is the story of a demon hunter and his familiar Dina. The demon hunter named Jax stands 5'11", his hair is stained black with red on the ends from the blood of the demons and humans that attacked him. His skin is darkened from years of hunting, battles, and war. His right arm was removed when a demon captured him, removed his hand as and experiment and replaced it with a full adamantium arm. In the same battle his right eye was scared. He has a scar running from the top of his head down through his lips to his chin. The scar looks the exact same as when he was cut. His lips are split apart, his eye has a white line down the middle of it. He can still see out of it perfectly and his eyes are different colors because of the scar, his right eye is a crimson red from the blood in his eye now. His left eye is the same as it has ever been and is a dark green.
Dina, Jax's familiar, is a wolf familiar and she is different then the rest of her kind. Instead of being born with soft smooth fur colored blue and white she was born with tough fur that felt like sandpaper instead of fur. She is colored red and black as well making it hard for her to live and fit in with her kin. Her spine running from her head to the tip of her tail and her shoulders to the bend in her legs are covered with a hard shell ment to protect her in battle. Her tail is different then her body fur, it is covered with soft smooth fur like the rest of her kind. She has three eyes as the rest does but instead of the soft blue eyes, she has hazle colored eyes. Her eyes also glow a bright red when in battle. Also her kin only eats plants and they have no sharp teeth or claws. Dina has hard sharp claws made out of adamantium, a type of metal that is not of the human world. Her claws are strong enough to cut through all metal like a knife through butter.

Jax was only 10 when he was forced into the world of demons, also known as the underworld. He has battled in the world if Demons for four years with Dina by his side. When he was 14 the human and demon worlds became one. It was chaos when the worlds became one. Most of the human race was eradicated on the first day. The few that survived went into hiding. For a few years the humans trained, survived, learned, and even spent time killing their own. The entire time they did this Jax and Dina watched, confused of why they lived the way they did. The humans were constantly learning, finding new ways to fight and kill the demons, but so were the demons. In the dark the demons are constantly changing, evolving to kill and clean the new world of humans. Jax was not bothered that the demons wanted to get rid of then because all the humans he has encountered so far have tried to kill him. It is funny how the humans were trying to save their race yet if they don't know a certain human then they are willing to kill the human.
